    squat, or anything leg related honestly. filters morons, and "leg day" is feared by normies while actually being the easiest and most enjoyable day of the week. however souls games are overrated as hell, unlike based squats.

      Man I just do not fricking get it. I’ve never understood the idea that leg day is easy. Squats feel way harder than everything else even at a weight I’m easily capable of lifting. Is it just because I’m tall or what am I missing here

        Squatting is the most brutal because you're loaded for the entire duration of the set, also if you hit depth or below the ROM is massive compared to a DL. Also much easier to mis-groove a rep which throws everything off and makes what should be crisp and fast into a grind.
        Compared to deadlifting that is, it's rough too but not nearly to the same extent as doing heavy 3-6 rep ATG squats

      Elden ring goes super hard. Dark souls are a bit overrated though. Also leg days is second hardest behind pull day for me.
