literally the only person I've ever met who could handle stimulants long term was a guy I worked with who was vaguely energetic and a weird fricker but not 'high'. Found out years later I'd never actually met the guy when he wasn't pinging off armodafinil, which is a pretty mild stimulant.
The afinils have about 20-40% of the amphetamine high but give you like 16 hours of focus on a single dose. Wouldn’t recommend taking any past 10am or a person would be up all night. Even a low dose. And of course like any stimulant the focus and productivity wears off and you turn degenerate at some point.

You have to take a bunch of supplements so that it doesn't frick your body up. Magnesium for the muscle tightness and jaw clenching. ALCAR + ALA to prevent tolerance buildup and neurotoxicity. And large amounts of L-Tyrosine to keep your dopamine supplies topped off. That's the bare minimum. Vitamin C acidifies your piss and helps purge any remaining Adderall out of your system at the end of the day. Strong anti-oxidants throughout the day and melatonin before bed is also recommended.

I don't even know what to do at this point because I need to pass these classes but taking so much causes me to lose sleep, effectively cancelling out most of the positive effects. Rather than rowing a boat with your own (diminished compared to the normal person's) power, keep in mind that an adderall / ritalin / vynase / etc. dose is like strapping on an engine without being able to press the off button. Also, consider after your prescription runs out switching to ritalin. A "perk", depending on how you look at it, is that ritalin's half life is half of that of adderall, so you shouldn't stay up so late on it. Avoid the extended release ofc.

I also took fluvoxamine and this one felt like I imagine it should have feel from start - i.e. less anxiety and nothing else changed. Meanwhile I got that on my own request and the first drug that was given to me was paroxetine - which is the strongest and most dick numbing SSRI possible

That's your problem. Slow release stimulants are complete dogshit that give insomnia and don't provide an intense enough dopamine spike to focus on tasks. IR meds not only provide a sufficient spike, but you shouldn't have chronically high dopamine and norepinephrine throughout the day for long periods of time.
