BP is the hardest if you don't have training partner or safeties, you always have that mental block once you get near the failure, even when you learn the proper "technique" of failing BP and not hurting yourself

You're talking to two people by the way. The original guy you said was in love, me, asked for a video of your bench. Twice. Where is it? The only reason to make that ""observation"" is insecurity. I'll concede and take back all my words if you can show me you benching a meager two (2) plates. I know you can't. People that actually lift understand that the guy is way stronger than you even if he were to go with the strictest technique possible.

Nobody here cares about the guy in the webm or his feelings. The only thing that we're fascinated about is your insecurity and your way of coping with it.

That image applies to a lot of things. I like to go bowling, but I absolutely beat myself up if I do less than 180. Meanwhile, everyone around me is happy to break 100. It really is true that it's lonely at the top.
Also, 4 plate DL, at least for me. All the others, I can go at least a plate heavier, but personal best for deadlift is 4.25 plate. I don't use a hernia belt, joint sleeves, or wrist straps, but I do use chalk.

Depends on the person. 2 plate bench is easily the hardest for me.

I'm not even sure I could hit 225 bench for a single currently, when I can squat 365x5 and deadlift 435x5. I'm hard stuck at 205x5 on bench.

Thumb over bb, db underhand, 50-60% bb underhand, wide to narrow hit it twice, cables and machines. Hit so much volume you can't hit your pr.

Should be the easiest, your actual front delts might be lacking hit more incline bb curls bb delt raises hand on bench db raises and pushdowns all day, you can bench 4x a week if you only go heavy 1-2x a week if you deload enough.

  13. 4 weeks ago

If we are to assume proper form and full ROM then I say squat. Many people claim to hit 3+pl8s on squats, but I almost never see anybody squatting that much in gyms and especially not for full, proper, ATG range of motion. I surely believe many of these so-called "3pl8 squatters" (or even claims of higher weight) can quarter or even half rep this kind of weight but full ATG? I'd like to see that.
1pl8 OHP is easy, trivial. Hitting a 135 lb OHP when you're allowed to stand straight and use leg drive is easy. The real test should be a seated BTN OHP of 1pl8. Now that's fricking difficult, and will grow shoulders mass and strength immensely.
Same as a 2pl8 bench. If we're allowed to arch like a b***h in heat and do baby's first divebomb reps anybody above 170lbs should be able to hit that after a while.
And a 4pl8 deadlift is easy once you understand how to hip hinge properly. Again, many of these big "deadlifts" are being done with a form so atrocious it makes my back hurt just to watch.
Strength standards are fricking stupid anyways. Everyone has different physiognomy and that will give them different leverages and strengths/weaknesses.

kek post body and lifts poofter

If you use leg drive its a push press, not OHP.

Squeezing your glutes while doing OHP isn't a push press is it. If you don't squeeze your posterior chain you'll fold in half like a half-cooked pancake. The kinetic chain from standing upright gives you more strength. Try doing a seated OHP if you don't believe me. I reached 135lbs on OHP very quickly when I started training and even today I am only repping 110lbs on seated BTN OHP for 10ish reps.

The only reason it took so long for me to get some lifts to an acceptable level was because I never trained for strength and didn't follow proper progression. Honestly, it didn't get me anywhere, I didn't even look that good. The moment I got on strength programs and followed them consistently all my lifts improved. I was benching 180lbs for reps after several years and then got it to 245lbs for reps in a third of a year.

I don't do deadlifts but I think its (in terms of being the easiest) OHP > SQUAT > BP

I've hit OHP 1 pl8t for sets of 6 in 2 months. That should be the easiest IMO.
SQUAT 3pl8 imo is the second easiest. I started at 1pl8 and now I'm at 115kg for reps, I think I can progress fast on it. (I used to do bmx so my legs have always been a bit trained)
BP is lagging behind, started at 65 and stuck now at 85 for sets of 6. Progress is real slow and every time I do bench its such a grind. You also probably just go up in weight by like 2.5kg at most so getting from 1pl8 to 2pl8 even without hiccups takes a while.

OHP is the hardest if you're being strict. If you're using hip drahve it's much easier. Of course if you're brosplitting then you're hitting bench all the time. For a lp program squat is usually easiest.

      bp 85kg x3
      squat 85kg 3x5 (kek i know)
      dl 130kg x4

it never even began, did it?

on bench though it feels like after 1-2 reps of my heaviest working sets i lose all my tension in my back so it feels "wobbly", anyone got an idea whats causing this? i feel like those heavy sets dont hit my pecs as they should compared to when i do sth like 70kg x10 for way cleaner reps

Depends on body type, wrist size etc
I have small scoliosis and bp is by far the hardest, very hard to make my back comfortable during the movement, otherwise
        The easiest one was ohp>squat>diddly

woops didnt mean to tag (you)

I've hit deadlift 4pl8 for 3 multiple times, paused squat 3pl8 for 3, ohp 1pl8 for 3, but I still haven't hit bench 2pl8 for 1. I'm trying to rectify it right now by doing a ton of bench volume.

It literally entirely depends on how you're built. I have long arms and I got to a 5 plate deadlift before 2 plate bench

I'm convinced that mobility is my problem with OHP, but nothing I do seems to improve it. I can barely even do 40kg for 3x5.

At 160lbs my OHP is at 1, my bench is at 2, DL at 3.5 but haven't tried to PR it in a while, but my squat is absolutely pathetic, not even sure I can do 2pl8. I hate squatting so fricking much, so I'd say squat is the 3pl8 squat is the hardest
