You'll get sick of pastries and carbs if you eat like a rich person going to expensive restaurants for every meal you'd be way healthier than not knowing how to cook.
Plant based
Lol, frick off bill gates, you're going to be taking a loss on this one
Animal-based diet
He looks extremely unhealthy and 20 years older than he is
>t. vegan with severe brain damage and schizophrenia
>vegans
>schizo
It's a chicken and the egg scenario with those two factors.
For instance, plant-based health and longevity expert Dr. Michael Gregor MD is the exact same age as Mr. Saladino and he looks 10x better than that carnist.
Are they really the same age? Jesus frick if true
>looks israeli and big fat liver belly with small limbs
>expert Dr. Michael Gregor MD
trust the experts! LMAO.
>looks israeli
He is israeli, in fact. Just like everyone pushing veganism is
>He looks extremely unhealthy and 20 years older than he is
Never trust anyone who gives diet advice and sells supplements
I didn't even know Saladino sold supplements and I follow him on Instagram so he's not doing a very good job of letting people know that
I dont see how that's relevant. Seems like you are trying to rationalize the fact you follow his advice/like him by implying he doesnt really promote supplements or something
I don't follow his advice, I don't eat a carnivore diet
I'm just saying I don't think he's just trying to shill supplements. I think he is sincere
Okay well he does sell them and they up front and a primary focus in the pictures he promotes so
What supplement does shawn baker sell?
Here's his video on the subject, so surely a plant-based scientist expert of longevity such as yourself has damning evidence otherwise.

Also, please, please, please tell me how a plant-based diet is optimal if it requires supplements. Italy banned plant-based diets for children because they were dying because they're not healthy without supplementation. The same is not true for carnivore!
>the same is not true about the latest fad diet that's been around too few years for anyone to even know what the consequence of it is
>dies of colon cancer
>all that fiber
>colon cancer
Paleo
vertical diet is very close. you're not going to find anything better though.
Ruminant meat
Fish
Poultry
Eggs
Milk and soft dairy, hard cheese if it's "home made" So to speak, the grocery store comercial cheese is full of carcinogenic coagulants
Almost all existing fruits
Nuts are niche food, only eat in case of food shortage or to add flavor like in cake
Some green leaves are alright I guess
Root vegetables are good to add food bulk too
Cook it all yourself, no processed junk. Don't care if you go vegetarian, keto, carnivore, vegan, or cannibal. Just stop eating poison and you'll be fine
Literally nothing beats eggs + oranges. It's the ultimate combo. Nothing else comes close. The ideal ratio is 4:1 (eggs: oranges) and you want to consume at least 8 eggs or day.
per day*
This is the most moronic normie mom science shit I have ever read in my life. Are you ovulating, m'lady?
Mediterranean
But not like actual Mediterranens where you drink olive oil like water, just the cuisine of the region
A diet based on genetics.
You can probably get your genes mapped but I doubt the average person would have access to a professional able to accurately interpret that into a list of compatible staple foods. Because those guys are all involved with elites and athletes and their time is more valuable than running a clinic for fat middle-aged women.
23andme and ancestral diets are the poorgay cope versions which are mostly scams unless you have like absolute proof your ancestors are from this one region of the world exclusively otherwise you never really know what gene sequences are expressed or not when it comes to this kind of stuff.
>23andme
Aka the people who deliberately included Black person dna in the analysis to own le chuds?
Or am I thinking of Ancestry
Aim for 30/30/40 on macros but its not always easy to hit 30% intake of protein, its nearly 200g a day for me even on a cut and means shitloads of chicken breast even when you not feeling it
Have a macro tracking app which is annoying as frick to setup but simple enough once you have all your common foods in there
Eat plain rice, baked chicken breast and steamed brocolli for every meal. No exceptions. Still hungry? Eat more of it.
Its not even controversial
Pescetarian
Carnivore diet with frequent extended (100+ hours)fasting.
Ruminant meat and salt.
kill and eat people
Milk, OJ and soup
Ground beef, grass fed.
Sweet potato, any variety.
Green vegetable, I prefer brussel sprouts.
>meat
>fish
>grains
>legumes
>dairy
>fruits
>vegetables
>oil
>coffee
>water
>sugar
there is genetic variance so it's hard to say.
Only sane post here
