    Almost all existing fruits

    You can probably get your genes mapped but I doubt the average person would have access to a professional able to accurately interpret that into a list of compatible staple foods. Because those guys are all involved with elites and athletes and their time is more valuable than running a clinic for fat middle-aged women.

    Aim for 30/30/40 on macros but its not always easy to hit 30% intake of protein, its nearly 200g a day for me even on a cut and means shitloads of chicken breast even when you not feeling it
    Have a macro tracking app which is annoying as frick to setup but simple enough once you have all your common foods in there
