        yes you are. or at least you will be for a rep here and there. and those frick ups will cause mobility impairing injuries.
        fyi what i do myself is weights and home, no machines. so i'm not saying you have to do machines only.
        what i'm saying is what fricks up most people's mobility?
        it was probably hurting themselves at work or during training, right?
        well then if you want to avoid that you need a non-physical job and to do things that are fairly idiot proof like machine exercises.

    Yoga. I don't do it, but some guy is going to spaz out and say there's another form of exercise that's better off. Until then, do yoga.

    It’s 100% persistence. Start doing bikram yoga along side of Pilates. Too much flexibility=injury. You must strengthen as you lengthen. You’ll be amazed where you’ll be in three months of three classes per week.

    Plus yoga and Pilates classes are crawling with fit babes from zoomers to milfs, it’s a great way to create familiarity so when you see that yoga bunny around town and you’ll have a chance to shoot you shot. (Don’t do it after the class, obviously) Thank me later

    Obvious answers are doing a stretching routine or yoga but I'm decently flexible with doing deep squats, walking a bunch and squatting at work. I just do some half assed static stretches sometimes

    Just stretch daily, 2 sets / 30 seconds per stretch. You will be a new person in 2-3 weeks.

      I am forever broken. I overdid touching my toes and now I can't go below my ankles. do not make my mistake. It's over.

        The body, or more precisely the nervous system, can be taught what a safe range of motion is.
        Nothing is permanent and even though I had shit mobility for most of my life, it was able to make pretty good gains.

        The key lies in having the strength to move away from certain positions, and teaching your body this.
