      Wide hips is only bad if you can't do the reverse triangle.
      Lots of shoulders, moderate chest/back.
      If you do this and you end up with hips still wider it's game over.
      If the shoulders are even slightly wider than hips it's odd, but not off putting.
      Rotary cuff stabilization training daily.

    couldnt lower my bf low enough. it just refuses to go below 16. my abs are visible but not shredded. its that fuckin hell point that if I dont eat enough I lose strength, feel tired the whole next day, If I eat enough I dont lose bf.

    I have fat depositions on the sides of my chest that ruin most of the outer chest definition if I'm not lean.

    Love handles for me too. When do they go away? Ive been cutting from being an obese person and im just under 25% body fat. I'll actually look half decent once theyre gone.

    Very very skinny and pretty short, only recently starting to try. Too weak for even pullups so doing pushups and stuff, trying to eat more.
