people don't plan to become fat
obesity is sloth, sloth is the lack of discpline/control

surgery could improve that and even though it looks back his quality of life will be drastically better

also you have to be like 400lb+ to reach that level

      >obesity is sloth, sloth is the lack of discpline/control
That is what skinny people love to tell themselves so that they feel good about it.
Reality is that it is heavily influenced by genetics and environment. 70% root causes of obesity are purely genetic, what enables it is not tying yourself to a strict diet very early in life, or not being lucky enough to have parents that do sports and only eat whole foods.

Most fatties have been fatties since they're very young, and kids have zero discipline and eat shit whenever given the chance to.

Well for starters these are the issues I had being 290lbs at 6’2”, so not 400lb butter elemental mode but fat as frick still, so just imagine how much worse it would be
    >feel like shit all the time mentally
Literally had a cloud nonstop, just constant brain fog. Bad moods too. Also anxious.
    >physically feel like shit all the time
My joints hurt, I would get random pains, and then end up worried it was a blood clot or a heart attack.
    >no self esteem
It’s very hard to feel confident when you know that at the end of the day you’re a disgusting fat frick. It doesn’t matter if you’re the best at whatever task everyone is doing, you’re still a fat frick, you know it and they all know it and you know they know it.
    >everything is more difficult
Just walking is harder. Imagine climbing some stairs, moving furniture, etc. I was out of breath walking 30 minutes. I was breathing heavy walking 1 minute. It’s disgusting. Lifting is even harder no matter what some “totally natty” powerlifter fatty says who’s natural because test is already in the body so running a 200mg cruise isn’t gearing. I’m not just talking on reps over 5, any of it is way harder when you’re fat, it literally doesn’t help like the popular copes suggest.
    >look like shit and halo effect
You can have perfect hygiene, dress perfectly for an interview, do everything right. And you still look sloppy because you’re fat and your gut and love handles hang over your pants. Even your best haircut looks like shit on a non lean face. I look infinitely better in joggers, a random shirt/grey wife beater, and slides with socks (literally just lazy bum wear) than I did wearing a dress shirt and tie and slacks and dress shoes for interviews. I’ve gone to interviews just in a collared shirt jeans and vans since getting lean and gotten the job first try vs being fat I looked like shit dressing up and it was a struggle to get hired anywhere.
    >health
    It’s better

      >being 290lbs at 6’2”
I had the exact opposite outlook on life at this weight. I got into constant street fights with twinks as my weight made it almost impossible to lose once I had a hold of them and I had my longest relationship for 2 years.

    >hype around anti-nutrients has now left us believing that even some of the most ‘safe’ healthy foods – staples like broccoli, lettuce, spinach, pumpkin, almonds, sunflower seeds, quinoa – are now suddenly off limits? I can see how anyone would want to just throw in the towel and give up.

    >but if I follow all of the advice I’ve read, the only thing left to eat is air!”

I'm reminded of the Lisa Simpson intelligence graph. As intelligence goes up, happiness often goes down

i'm a bit bummed out atm

He feels better every day. Being fat ruins so much more than just your looks. When getting dressed and tying your shoes become herculean tasks your life is objectively shit no matter how much you cope about being happy.

I don't get why fat morons like this don't just bloatmaxx, if you're over 30% BF that's the only way to look decent in any way, killing yourself with a diet to end up looking like a deflated ballsack is so stupid.

This is just what happens when you are an omegafat sadly. It isn't all about how your skin looks. Being fat is fricking ANNOYING every second of your life.
I have lost about 100 lbs and I have no loose skin because I've taken it slow. That's why I think I don't anyway. And I could lose another 40-50.

being lighter, less pressure on joints
    being able to breathe
    being able to run
    being able to sleep better
being able to wipe your ass properly
being able to see your dick again
being able to have normal sex that doesn't require your partner to do all the work
being able to extend your life expectancy and reduce mortality rate
being free form "the metabolic syndrome" and all the bullshit that comes with it
like possibly reversing type 2 diabetes
    etc.

and besides, if the loose skin bothers you that much, just get it grafted off, godfrey. they have surgeries for that.
