My wife does hits lower body 3-5x weekly. Eats whatever I make, in servings that I prepare. She’s about 185-190 at 5’11. Has a dramatic waistline and stores most body fat in the hips and thighs. Her programming is a heavy squat day with accessories then a heavy deadlift day with accessories and then two volume days at least. Rep ranges are usually 8-15 for 5-6 sets. She’s not built like these women but she’s started from 120lbs with bulimia.
For most women, if you can encourage them to lift near daily the rest will fall in place because they love an excuse to eat.
