        Every 100+ year old introduction segment i've ever seen on the news is a chain smoker that claims they've been eating nothing but bacon and licorice candy for the past five decades.
        Hell, they once showed this woman who claimed to reach 100 by eating literal fricking sand.

        I'm pretty convinced that life expectancy is 70% genetics 15% not living in shithole where you will be ended prematurely by cultural enrichment, 10% not being a lardass and only the remaining 5% is related to what you eat or do in life.
