Ignore the cholesterol bad people. I always had high cholesterol becauss high cholesterol reflects intelligence and one study shows this. It doesn't clog the arteriers and dietary intake has limited effect on cholesterol. Switching to metal mesh rather than paper filtered coffee elevates cholesterol more than anything in dirt. This guy had cardiovascular damage from the vaccine or covid 19. Best diet is meat and simple carbs. Complex carbs are bad for you.

Patently false. Mongolians foraged for tubers and traded and looted for grains, both of which were quite important in their diet. They also never just swallowed blocks of butter for a snack and were intelligent enough not to listen to Joe Rogan. The advantage people point at mostly comes from Mongolians having access at all to fresh meat and dairy on a regular basis, unlike Chinese peasants.

40% of the diet came from pemmican, half berries by weight. They also foraged for berries. Berries have potent antioxidants that protect against heart disease and provided much-needed fiber.

Inuits still died at 45 on average with severe atherosclerosis. Clearly, they were all vaccinated.

This isnt probably what anon meant, but since covid there has been a massive shift in both directions of 'trust the science' or 'the science is bunk'.
Because of the push of all the pro-vaxx nonsense in the media, science is now infallible among those who fell for it. Likewise, among those who were able to recognize that all the pro-vaxx and covid information was nonsense, they now believe all science is wrong.
What anon may mean in regards to 'conservatives' is this newly developed distrust of all science. Can often see it on IST, for example,
        >scientists say that excessive sun exposure causes skin cancer and to use suncreen to prevent it , well those same scientists also said the vaxx was safe and effective!
Never mind that they werent the same scientists and that they are two entirely different fields of study.

Regardless, the true idiots are the ones who were psyopped into thinking all science is infallible because of the mindfricking they received during covid.

the sun exposure melanoma link is even questionable. thats what science should be asking questions and tesing those ideas. not just believing authority

Most of the 'conservatives' you mention are rural morons firmly situation at the lower end of the bell curve, only they think they're at high end of the bell curve, because they correctly deduced through intuition that they should avoid the vaxx.

Unfortunately, intuition doesn't count for everything. The inherent mistrust for them city slickin' libtards has limits in it's utility. Now they are actively committing suicide by adopting a reactive stance to literally any scientific consensus, as we see by certain trends on /misc/ filtering down, such as:
          >viruses aren't real
          >cholesterol is a myth
          >SNEED OILS

          >reeeee walkable cities
          >reeeee universal healthcare
          >reeeeee caring about the environment

It doesn't really matter the merits of the opposition. They behave like sports fans and see everyone they don't explicitly identify with as "the enemy". It's primitive tribalism.

Maintaining the public's Trust is firmly the responsibility of the institutions that hold themselves out as the stewards of learning. Acting entitled to that Trust and blaming anyone other than themselves when it is lost is simply further proof that they're not worthy of that mandate.

It's very interesting that you took my point on glyphosate from yesterday, where I explicitly stated grains aren't evil and the problem is roundup.

I can clearly tell you apart by your syntax. And this reveals to me you're debating quitting your diet because you want to eat carbs.

Because most science IS wrong. Poorly done studies that cant be replicated, there is thousands upon thousands of them, across all 'branches' of science.
But the actual issue is science being treated as some sort of higher institution, like how the Church is viewed. Among the masses science is now an entity above all intelligence. So if 'it' is right with one thing, then it is right with everything and can never be wrong. If 'it' is wrong with one thing, then it is wrong with everything and can never be right.

I don't disagree. But I think it's a little psychotic to look at endless studies showing cholesterol from foods depositing in arteries, and watch countless people drop dead specifically from eating cholesterol-rich foods, and pretend it's not happening because bacon tastes good.

Too be fair 90% of digestive issues are fixed by diet. Normies don't need to pay a shit load of money into the medical system to find out they should stop eating McSlop 10x a week. That knowledge is free and readily available.

          >90% of digestive issues are fixed by diet.
          Band-aided, you mean.

Most times it's a bacterial infection or some sort. So they restrict foods that feed the bacteria or something, their symptoms improve, then they proselytize to everyone about their revelations.

Then they'll eat a carb, or a FODMAP, or what the frick ever later and come clean to their peers about their many sins when their issues resurface.

Fixing your diet or dying will be the ultimate outcome regardless of how many test your doctor bills to your insurance.

              >Fixing your diet or dying will be the ultimate outcome
Incorrect. You won't fix anything. You mask the illness and eliminate symptoms.

Food allergies are usually caused by pathogens which are fixed by specific antibiotics tailored to address the particular strain of bacteria producing the reactions.

Of course your dipshit GP isn't going to know anything about this. That's why I mentioned gastroenterologists. It may shock you to know that there are people who are trained in addressing these issues but they need to be sought out before they can aid you.

And no, eating only meat. Or going vegan. Or dipping your balls in hot wax doesn't resolve the issue.

This thread is sponsored by Adventist Church.
Follow the protocol to demoralize and discourage every non bot posters.

    Anyway,
The stroke was caused by a blood clot that happened during a plane trip without pressure socks and many hours without moving.
She recovered Completely within a few days and thinks the quick recovery was due to the carnivore diet.
The guy from "No Carb Life" channel suffered a stroke when he was 17 and had several after-effects for decades, within one year on carnivore diet he recovered to the point where he can use stairs normally without help.

There is a new policy that will be implemented soon on Youtube that will censor all those anecdotes and diet tips from doctors that do not follow the world health organization policy, which means that you will not be able to look for alternatives to the treatment that the government imposes.

The current Keto video that appears when searching for it is full os Misinformation about it, clearly misleading the public to think that State of Ketosis is the same as Ketoacidosis.
If you don't search for a specific channel name slash carnivore or keto, you won't be able to find anything besides what the government suggest.

    Vegans won't be affected.

Its not possible to fight against this due the extreme power and corruption involving politics, food industry, pharmaceutic industry, China's Neo Maoism and Adventist Church.
The people controlling this hate humans and are narcissists, psychopaths and machiavellics.

Vegans (aka mental ill people) trying to "not kill animals" are unaware or hypocrites because it's clear that their beloved vegan industries uses the garbage from the crops to feed confined cows to profit from it.

There are also policies that attempt to prohibit the slaughter of livestock, policies trying to hide big industries environment frick up and prohibit land ownership.

    It's all fricked.

The truth 90% of people have on here aren’t ready for is he clearly used test and possibly other compounds as well. His hairline was already pretty far back; two more years plus test signaled the death knell

he always had shit hair and decided to cut it all
he only did it after going carnivore because he could think better and take more assertive decisions

generally if you aren't obese, you won't lose hair
and if you are obese you will lose hair until you get your optimal weight, because the body will use all resources to get rid of the inflammation, then it grows back

There’s lots of morons and trolling here but ops post and pic related do represent a fundamental problem that very few people transcend. A LOT of fitness “science” is bullshit. It’s just fricking bullshit, there’s absolutely no way around that. But the counter scientists are selling their own brand of bullshit which is why we get moronic fads like keto. If you eat butter covered hamburgers all day you’ll probably have health problems. Ketotards can rant all day about how it’s never proven that dietary cholesterol raises blood cholesterol or akshually saturated fat is good for you but at the end of the day people who eat like that have heart attacks and strokes more often than not. But then you have the “scientists” giving us pic related unironically saying frosted mini wheats are one of the healthiest things you can eat. Science is not some unaffiliated monolith- it’s the product of flawed people who usually have an agenda. The problem is that whatever is offered to fill the vacuum created by the realization that the “science” on an issue is flawed typically ends up being even more moronic. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

This is your brain on Americanism, only black or white, you can choose either but they're never gonna be right.

      The reason is simple:

      >America is the great Satan

both sides are filled with masonic wienersuckers and their Judeo-Bolshevik masters muddying the water and profiting off of misery. They deceive and tell half-truths to reel people in then take advantage of their desperation to profit like the parasites they are.

America is a fundamentally mercantile nation. Or it was, rather. It's now little more than a economic zone of loosely-associated Masonic republics united only in their hatred of God and the natural order.

          >destroying america with this
          No, it's not that.

America is fundamentally evil. The only reason it could ever pretend to be anything different is because it was once populated by devout Christians.

The ruling class has always been Freemasons. It was founded under Enlightenment ideals as a rebellion against God and has fulfilled it's task beautifully. It was founded upon the lie that all men are created equal. Soon it did away with the new Aristocracy (land owning men), then freed it's slaves, then made women equal, then destroyed medicine, polluted the land beyond repair, created the Sexual Revolution, foistered globalism, and invaded the world with these cancerous ideas that have destroyed everything we hold dear.

It is a common deception to believe America was "once good" because it "fought" against Communism. When in truth, Communism is created as the Yin to the American Yang. It fooled people into thinking that the choice was solely between American Oligarchism or Bolshevism. Yet both are controlled by the same group of Luciferians. Every pretense of America since it's inception has been a lie, and the crowning lie is the idea that Americans are free.

        >red wine magically
Let me stop you right there. There are plenty of foods that protect against heart disease. Vegetables being one of them. The French eat 4x as many vegetables per capita than Americans.

It may come as a shock, but different foods have different properties. Fruits and veggies have antioxidants that protect against disease. Eating lots of vegetables rich in Vitamin C counters inflammation caused by cholesterol. This isn't "magic". It's basic biochemistry. Whenever people start throwing around words like that to infantilize others, it's a major red flag that you're being disingenuous.

“In this study, patients become virtually heart-attack proof,” says Caldwell B. Esselstyn, Jr., M.D., which is remarkable since these same patients had 48 cardiac events among them in the eight years prior to joining the study. Over more than a decade of Dr. Esselstyn’s ongoing trial, only one patient, who was noncompliant, experienced a cardiac event."

Just to clarify, science is not right or wrong
Science is a TOOL used to test the very fabric of reality and help us to comprehend the truth.
A tool can be used to harm or to heal, it depends on its user.
So when you are told something and it seems different from your perception you can falsify it using the scientific method.

If you are told that scientifically veganism is great but the vegan talking to you loses it's teeth in the midleg of the conversation, well, something is wrong and needs to be studied.

I'm a moron and I have no fricking idea what the science says or means. I grew up being told by my parents, teachers, media and the state that FAT and SUGAR were literal satan. Gorge yourself on beef, bread and vegetables. Drink as much milk as you can get into your tiny child body. Except don't because milk is a psyop by the milk industry and it drains the calcium in your bones leading to old people osteoporosis. Then I get older and hear that fat is actually good. Then it's some fat is good. Then it's all fat is good. Then it's no fat is good. Carbs are actually bad. No wait fast carbs are bad. Except they're good for energy and working out. But not too much. Actually nevermind look at asians eating white rice all the time. Everything is wrong, just eat bland tasteless yoghurt for the rest of your life. No go carnivore, eat like a caveman! Uhm ackshually our ancestors ate fruits and greens and even had rudimentary farming according to science. But you get fat and heart attacks doing that. So go raw food. Raw meat, raw veggies. Oops total nutritional disaster and you die at 34. Eat like the japs do, eat the mediterranean diet! Goat cheese all day and drink olive oil! No, oil is bad! But only certain oils. No all oils actually. Eat a tiny bit of everything. Except xyz because those have chemicals due to environmental damage and it turns out these dishes were poverty food and not actually nutritious. What the frick is a moron supposed to do? Genuinely.

I believe in common sense. If you try to live naturally you literally wouldn't come across any of the fruit and vegetables you get from stores. The ones you find would be way smaller with more seeds and bitter. Same goes for hotter climates.

I'll play devils advocate and say that if you have any familial history of hypercholesterolemia, then just don't do a carnivore diet. Alot of people are unaware of their genetic background causing a reduced capacity to process fats and causing an accumulation of LDL in the blood vessels, leading to atheresclerosis and plaque build up, eventually giving them heart disease, strokes etc.
I used to intern at a place that did genetic and metabolic screening and alot of children (ages 12 was the youngest I saw) who were already on statins because their genetics were so fricked that they already had high LDL and tryglicerides at that age
If anything, just get blood work done every couple of months if you're gonna do this shit

there is no evidence LDL is harmful even in heterozygous FH

      >Alot of people are unaware of their genetic background causing a reduced capacity to process fats and causing an accumulation of LDL in the blood vessels, leading to atheresclerosis and plaque build up
It's extremely common knowledge that saturated fat and cholesterol clogs arteries. Hence the adage
      >I'm watching my cholesterol!

But the carnivores ran into a BIG fricking problem.
      >bacon tastes good

So you see there's a real problem. On one hand, they have the option to
      >eat vegetables
But vegetables serve the Antichrist, because Leftists eat them. So that leaves us with one option
      >eat nothing but meat

You see, there are no other options. It was one or the other. One cannot serve two masters.

Doesn't have anything to do with it. Most people who look to alternative health ideas have tried the mainstream methods and they didn't work for them or even made them worse.

        >>it was just random chance, schizos!
No, it was becuase of her shitty diet that's essentially living as a starving African.

Likewise with the carni, it's because of their shitty diet but at least it isn't as unhealthy as a vegan diet. Although still unhealthy.

A vax apologist would just tell you that autism has always been around and that you're an anti-science Luddite for thinking that giving a child 70+ shots of barely regulated injections in the first six months of life might not be the best idea for their long-term health.

    >What is the unique mechanism of moronation that leads morons to think all science is wrong?
Science is complicated has nuances prone to change. So it's complicated to follow for a lot of people. Influencer teaching you one simple trick to eat a certain way and it will make you a demigod is simple and not prone to changing much. Also reading science papers is not fun
Listening to testimony from someone who was unhealthy before but stopped eating slop and start eating restricted diet that made him feel and seem better is fun engaging and makes you happy.

Idk. I have no problems gaining weight I just add a lot of nuts and high fat milk to diet. I have no problem losing weight just cut on nuts and drink skim milk. Have no problems maintaining weight and I still eat some sweets. Dark chocolate and ice-cream just too good not to eat.

if anything, the plastic everyone touches daily impacts their health way more than eating a veggie occasionally.
but nah they'd rather be blind contrarians to whatever science says rather than see for themselves what's true because critical thinking is too hard

a poor understanding of biology and evolutionary history.

Theyre right in the notion that us humans will generally be healthier if we switch diets to what our ancestors eat compared to the processed goyslop shit and boatloads odlf carbs we eat today. Problem is that no humans other than the inuit even came close to a carnivore diet. and then inuit are much more athletic and active than anyone here, as well as constantly being in the cold. The conditions are not even close to being the same.

The scientific consensus TODAY and for the longest time (it could be wrong but its healthier than most other diets) is that the optimal diet for most people is probably something akin to the mediterranean diet. most of these studies are done on european whites though so a good alternative is whatever the frick your ethnic ancestors ate (not restaurant foods). If you're black find out some subsaharan staples. If youre asian do the same shit. etc. etc.
