His skin, his greasy hair, his loss for words (brain fog), and his injury are all symptoms of his junk food diet. Sure, only calories matter to gain weight, but you should still do it smartly for health.
Junk is food is more damaging when you are on gear. You get more LDL, more water retention and high blood pressure, higher blood sugar if using GH, and more issues with gut inflammation (especially if running orals).
There is a reason almost all advanced bodybuilders eat "clean" most of the time. You can't max out your potential if you are pushing against the stress of your diet and training at the same time.
If he's actually on tren or other toxic compounds, that would be the cause of his brain fog, not excess carbs which his body is using. He still eats meat, eggs, and milk which are staples of a good diet full of micronutrients.
Tren is deceptive because it can make people a lot more confident in their speech while doing damage. It's generally only when they're in their 30's that they turn into morons because it takes a while to burn through all the neurons.
Yeah same, I was a moronic teenager who just went straight to benching heavy as possible when I should have been addressing my shoulder instability issues first and foremost
its actually crazy that he trains like this when he isnt even natural. like that is literally the benefit of steroids, you can just hide behind the dumbbell rack and machines and do baby weight and win Mr. Olympia 4 times like Jay Cutler. Lifting heavy with bad form is probably the most moronic thing you could do if you are enhanced. You have absurdly high risk of injury because your tendons and ligaments dont grow like your muscles with roids so you just frick yourself up when you could gain all the same with doing fluff work thanks to steroids.
Jay's plan was to never use dumbbells heavier than 100lbs and it worked. I think he still did some heavier bench presses occasionally but it was never anywhere near his threshold of strength. Just do volume like a maniac instead of tearing your muscles like a maniac.
My skin has always been very prone to acne since I hit puberty, I have had pimples on my face, scalp, upper back and chest, but I have never ever got pimples on my forearms. Roids are making this guy's body rot both from the inside and the outside.
I'm an elder millennial and I like his laid back personality. I tend to agree w the astroturfing, but this isn't rich men north of richmond we're talking about.
I mostly take in his videos as gym motivation and some tips here and there. No need to be salty.
I'm unbothered by your knee jerk comment. Negativity really is a cancer...
What kind of fitness videos are you watching, friend? I've also been getting 'dr mike' videos. He's ok..
I dont really follow any of these influencers but like to watch the videos to see if I find any tips. That humelson guy is pretty neat since he hooks himself up to that machine that shows how engaged muscles are during different movements.
What do you mean? Seems he was benching 4 plates. IDK, I was watching the video, didn't see anything happen, and only noticed the injury title on the video after the fact.
roids actually prevent injury, especially test.
but, they also cause injuries indirectly.
injuries are unavoidable when you gain strength too swiftly, your joints just can't keep up.

Funny enough i got injured often the first years i started lifting, when you get stronger and know what youre doing you rarely get injuries
Yeah same, I was a moronic teenager who just went straight to benching heavy as possible when I should have been addressing my shoulder instability issues first and foremost
i got injured the last times i did muscle ups soo
He got injured for not doing full range of motion and egolifting when he could have got the same hypertrophic effect with less load and more motion.

I refuse to learn who this cuck is solely because his team of zoomer homosexuals are nonstop spamming him here
In fact you care so little about him that you deliberately enter all the threads about him.
