    1. Have good genetics (this is the most important one)
    2. Avoid alcohol, tobaco, drugs...
    3. Don't take too much sun and always use protection
    4. Sleep and eat right

This pretty much, although using sunscreen should be #1.

        >Also girl in pic is fat, which makes you look older
This should be number one. I went to speed dating (which was a huge waste of time, 2 hot Girls to 8 fats) and I was talking to this one fat who was from my hometown but wouldn't tell me her age so I started guessing. 30? 27? 32?
        >No, I turned 21 a few months ago

you are low IQ, really low. You have a thick layer of dead skin which stops most things from creams getting through and being absorbed. However, UV rays from the FRICKING SUN penetrates you dyel skin layers easily causing a build-up of DNA damage in your skin cells. Basically the sun is causing low-intensity radiation damage in your dermal layers, which ruins your skin elasticity, cause pigmentation mutations and increase your risk for cancer. If you crave vit D you only need 10 mins of sun exposure or take a tiny pill. Phaggot.

Avoid stress especially in relationships. If your partner doesn't make you feel safe in your relationship leave it. Sleeping with a viper where you can never be vulnerable because she's looking for the upper hand or gap in your armor is probably the single most mentally destructive thing you can do and will physically age you.

genetics is the first and most thing.
My family are all meds who lived in one of the hottest countries in the world for 3 generations before moving back to europe and all of my fathers family have barely any wrinkles despite being almost 24/7 under sun with no protection

        Anonymous

No, it's not in this case. I don't fricking care how good your genes are, if you're a fricking nomadic indian or truck driver who's in scorching sun on one side 24/7 you will look like pic related. This is why genetics in on 2nd place, sun exposure will frick you up regardless.

    1. Drink plenty of water (2 liters a day)
    2. Eat as much veggies, fruits, meat, fish, and everything else that grows outside as much as possible while eliminating everything processed. If you want something processed, make it yourself with raw ingredients
    3. Exercise moderately or regularly
    4. Don't smoke at all and only on occasion consider drinking alcohol
    5. Keep stress levels low by not engaging in pointless discussions and only hang out with people who make your life better (NEVER engage in pointless drama if possible)
    6. Work as little as possible for the maximum outcome. If you aren't earning enough, get another job or educate yourself. Ergo, reduced stress levels in the long run
