      Most of it is literally just fruit and meat. Fruit has almost no calories to the point where the top plate is maybe 100-200 max, while the meat is more like 350-450 max. Dunno what the bottom plate is but you can make 1,600 calories look big or small depending on what you eat. Usually carbs is what gets you, really need to buy more meat myself since protein doesn’t stimulate hunger like sugar does.

      I make spicy chicken curry with rice. Cook your chicken thighs with chopped up onions and garlic (one of each). Rice and eggs are also an incredible poverty meal, specially if you mix dat runny yolk in with your rice. Bake like pork or chicken shchnitzel and eat it with rice, gravy on top. Greek yogurt and kefir. Chicken and mushrooms in alfredo sauce on pasta. Canned sardines in tomato sauce on pasta. Chopped onions and garlic in everything. Garlic in your broccoli (important). Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with the skins with gravy. Orange Chicken and lo mein, bake your chicken, drizzle orange sauce on top. Swedish meatballs with noodles. Sausages and sauerkraut with mashed potatoes. Try to find a brand of sauerkraut that's made with white wine. Hengstenberg Bavarian Style is the best in the USA imo, they sell it at Meijer in the imported foods aisle. Bolognese with wine in the sauce. Carbonara. Frick I'm hungry

          For curry it's
          >Cook rice
          >Throw chopped chicken, onions and garlic in large pan and cook with butter
          >mix tomato sauce and unflavored yogurt (or whipping cream which is cheaper) with various spices, curry powder being the most important
          >pour sauce into pan w/chicken and simmer for a few minutes
          Also if you don't like curry flavors you can do just a tomato sauce or a french brown or white sauce or a gravy or literally anything

        Interesting that you immediately had to attack the guys looks, are you interested in men? Plus the dude is old as shit now, and he would eat at least one a day sometimes multiple especially when he was younger and hit the gym daily, as well as parfaits for dessert.

        You really just don't understand, do you? I bet you would have a fricking heart attack if you knew how many people eat like shit but manage to make it into old age while also drinking, smoking, doing drugs etc. As long as your genetics allow it and you aren't hundreds of pounds overweight you can get away with a lot

    Honestly? It was my family. Them always pressuring me to eat fast food and their oily/unhealthy "home-cooked" food. Once I started refusing to eat like them (which was hard for me since I don't like to upset them), shit got easier.
