Obviously, you aren't addressing the root cause.

cold water only, no hot showers. Sauna is fine. stem cell moisturizer

      If Diet-driven:
      >no milk, no refined sugar
      if sebaceous problem:
      >stop taking hot showers.
There could be other root issues but usually a balanced diet, getting enough sleep, and avoiding scalding your skin and stripping your natural oils is enough..

0.1% tretinoin. It'll take about a year to see great results. Stock up on moisturizer because your face is gonna burn and peel for the first few months.

You're not supposed to exfoliate that often btw. It dries out your skin. I exfoliate every friday, but you can do it two days a week. You should get a nonexfoliant cleanser for the days that you aren't exfoliating.

You can build it up to exfoliate every day. It obviously depends how strong the product is. I have one I use once a week and one I can use daily.

Collagen peptides serum in the morning and I lightly slap my skin to absorb it, followed by maple leaf extract elastin serum, then vitamin c serum, then I use adapalene on my beard area before I put on a collagen hyaluronic acid retinol moisturizer then after all that I finish with a layer of snail musin. When I get home for the day I put on another layer of maple leaf extract and vitamin c serum and then a harsher retinoid on my beard area, then a vitamin d moisturizer. My acne has gotten a lot better but I still get a zit around my chin every other day or so, but they stay small and don’t break out. I finally worked up the courage to see a beautician and she said my routine is good and my skin looks good but I mean it obviously doesn’t so I don’t know, scheduled an appointment for acne clearance and hyperpigmentation fix, planning on getting micro needling done idk a lot about facials yet though.

My diet is only chicken, salmon, and tuna, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower, and rice crackers. I take elastin, hyaluronic acid, collagen in pill form and also 5 scoops of collagen in powder form, vitamin C from flavonoids, vitamin c from ascorbic acid, and elderberry extract. Also take lycopene, beta carotene, zeaxanthin and lutein, lycine, biotin, maybe some other stuff I can’t think of right now.

Is it possible to get sick from the vegetable capsules they make pills out of? I have been feeling like puking lately not sure why.

Sounds good to me. Just make sure one of those products doesn't accidentally contain alcohol as it will dry your face out. Also, try to add some liver to your diet, preferably at least once a week, as an extra source of source of vitamin A.

Personally, I feel that it's important to also remember why I'm doing this. My skincare routine isn't just about maintaining a flawless complexion; it's a testament to a commitment to perfection and control in every aspect of my life. By meticulously caring for my skin, I demonstrate the discipline and attention to detail that the world sorely needs. After all, a well-groomed appearance isn't just vanity; it's a reflection of one's dedication to excellence in a world that could stand to see a little more of that.

I am almost 30 and still get attention from women despite being an underachieving precisely because I take care of how I look. Letting yourself get ugly doesn't make you better than anyone.

    99.99% of skincare is hydration.
If you are not internally hydrated i.e. nourishing the layers of skin underneath the first layer.
Almost nothing you do to the top layer will combat this.

A good face wash and proper hydration go a long way opposed to a full regiment skincare routine.
