          is this some kind of bait? Ive played it, just dance provides better cardio than this idiocy. Pressing patties to grill provides more strength workout than this. All that running in place, bodyweight squats while squeezing the ring, pulling it, etc., 0 strength gains.
          Literally just do pushups, pullups, and jumping jacks.

          I just looked into it and it looks like all you do is pull and squeeze the ring and do knee ups. I don't see how this is supposed to be effective resistance training to anyone. I'm sure the knee ups and constant movement is good cardio, and especially effective if you play for over an hour. But like I said, I don't see how much muscle you can pack on pressing on a ring all day. It seems like fully upright pilates.

    it's cardio, and a lot of body weight squats and sorta yoga moves. if you play it religiously you will burn a lot of calories, increase your fitness level. you could conceivably reach otter mode.
    it is lacking on upper body movements.
    I really liked it. it's like Pokemon meets a fitness game.

          im 5'9 with size 12 feet, i cant do those like the game wants, i have to cheat them lol..it doesnt detect angle on that exercise correctly

          i really want to see a volume 2, with a stronger ring you can buy with higher teflon reinforcement for more strength. some of those pilates rings are so rigid you can barely bend them. thats basically what it is
