Question i have about body stench. Most normal people wear deodorant. A lot of deodorant contains aluminium for the purpose of combatting perspiration. Sweat isn’t even the cause of the odor its the bacteria that grow in these environments that create the foul odor. Would it not be better to use isopropyl alcohol to kill the bacteria and eliminate the stench?
I'm thinking 70% isopropyl alcohol too avoid rapid evaporation.
Only thing I'm unsure of is the effect this might have on the lymph nodes in the armpit in the long term.
Maybe I'm moronic but I think I have a point... its a cheap solution and it better than slathering on aluminum and God knows what else onto your armpits and in proximity to the lymph nodes.
Maybe some big brain anons could come up with other things to add to the 70% isopropyl alcohol solution to improve it.
I wasn't gonna make a new thread about this because I'm unsure if these ideas have any merit.
Deodorant likely damages the body and using this method might mitigate these risks let me know what you think.

Isopropyl alcohol will dry the frick out of your pits. It might work but only for a short time. It's really no different to taking a shower and washing your pits with soap.
If you're worried about aluminum then use aluminum-free. This problem has already been solved.

Are you 8 years old? Sweat only smells bad enough to overpower cologne when it's stale. If you shower every day or more and wash your clothes that should be a non-issue.

For work or playing sports I use dove fresh scent spray. For weekend chilling or important appointments I use unscented crystal and wear cologne
I used diluted apple cider vinegar. Kills bacteria dead and acts as a natural deodorant. Works for clothes too

For armpits Nivea BlackAndWhite is best. But in a year their price almost doubled so have to look for deals online. For general smell I use medium expensive perfumes only. Deodorants for kids
