      Stationary bike. You can easily do an hour and hit 15 miles a day.

      stationary bikes look gay af, but I can see them being useful. You guys are using them? What are your thoughts?

        just get a $60 bike trainer and put a bike on it
        might need a slick tire too if you have off-road tires on your bike
        for zone 2 just go hard enough resistance that you can maintain a conversation with a little difficulty

    Punching bag is great, itl feel way to high intensity at first, you'll struggle to do more than a minute or two, but after a few weeks you'll be able to just go and go and go

      I thought about it, but don't I need to learn technique first? Just watching yt tutorials will be enough for me to get good cardio, or do I need to take some boxing classes in advance otherwise I'll get injured?

        Don't punch full power till you get the hang of it, and I'd recommend MMA style gloves over boxing ones, far easier to hurt your wrist punching wrong in boxing gloves. You'll have crap technique and it won't teach you how to fight but itl still be excellent cardio. YouTube for the bare basics and a touch of common sense will stop you hurting yourself
