    I usually just flood my mind with thoughts of death and killing. seems cringe I guess but it works for me.

    I remember when I first started lifting as a skelly I got some decent beginner gains, still extremely dyel by fit standards but they were there.
    My gf at the time and I started getting frisky shortly after one of my workouts we were in standing missionary with her on the bed, soon after I entered her and started up she's already in near ecstasy and she says "you look so fricking buff" through her moans
    idk but that just lit a fire inside of me from then on, we are not even together any more and I'm very much over that b***h, but no one had ever said something like that to me before, and it was a direct result of my hard work. I guess you never forget your first, her saying that will still ring in my head during particularly hard sets.

    I imagine I'm having a competition with an imaginary gymbro where he doesn't believe I can lift the lift. So then he says

    I don’t use visualization more so I tell myself ques before the lift that I need to follow. I’ve done it for a while and makes the lifts easier

    i have aphantasia so i cannot visualize shit all. It’s just edgy darkness. I think about lifting when I lift though

    I honestly either look at goal physiques or imagine how much better I looked after some months of dedicated lifting and sort of extrapolate how much better I could look in the future
