Just find a dude, who looks like left and ask him to bang your girl? Way cheaper than surgery. Might be more painful though.

jaw surgery is a serious risk, it has a lot of complications and a long healing process. we're not talking about weeks or months of healing, but potentially years. if you don't have serious bite issues, a jaw implant would be a better solution.
in short, jaw surgery is not recommended for mainly aesthetic improvement.
What risks and complications?
>How common are complications of jaw surgery?
Jędrzejewski et al. 4 reviewed complications associated with orthognathic surgery, and reported that the rate of nerve injury was the highest at 50%, followed by TMD (14%), hemorrhage (9%), hearing problem (7%), infections (7%), and relapse (4%)
but I suggest you to do your own research if you're serious about this. but yeah nerve damage seems like the biggest issue, you can lose sense of touch in parts of your lower face among other things. for example a common place to experience nerve damage after jaw surgery is the inferior alveolar nerve:
>Damage to the nerve can lead to numbness and pain of the lip, mucosa and tongue, as well as loss of taste
Mewing and leaning out
