Perfect compound for full body balance. Miss out on lats, biceps though. I once ran 10x3s of just clean and press for 3 months. That was the strongest I've gotten. Will do again I think.
just seems like it's more of a complex than a lift
I guess I don't know where to draw the line
like couldn't you say do a row, then power clean, the push press, then jerk
see what I mean?
silly hypothetical thread tho
You power clean to your rack position, push press, return to rack position, and dump it on the ground. Simple as.
Mabye do some lu raises and pullups for accessories
I'm so glad that women are so profoundly weak that they are impressed with anything physical as long as whatever you're doing is the current shiny set of keys jingling for her awe and fascination. But sometimes they scare me. Like, they can't do one pushup but they live to be 100. They form fan-clubs for murderers. They're so pretty though. Well, the actually pretty ones I mean but you get the point
>low bodyfat >bicep then becomes more accentuated >normies go apeshit over this and calls it overdeveloped biceps
bicepbros maybe it's not too hard to achieve aesthetics afterall...
>What lift translates the most into athletic endeavors?
Kettlebell swing or snatch for any sort of jump and clubbell mill for any sort of throw or grapple.
for most people, training is skill specific. Skating won't make you a better surfer. Golfing won't make you a batter hockey player. Pitching a baseball won't make you better at throwing a softball. Swinging a weighted bat won't make you a better baseball player (using regulation/bornal bat weight). It's extremely specific. Best case scenario you are one of the roughly 30% of extraordinarily physically gifted people that can do literally any physical (literally, not figuratively) activity and have it transfer to every single other physical activity. Worst case scenario you are like everyone else and anything except for exact recreation will result in negative skill transfer, so if you swing a weighted bat as your main form of skill development for baseball, it will make your batting average significantly worse when you use a regulation bat
Squats, then maybe some kind of clean which I never do because I would absolutely frick myself up. Eventually I'll give them an honest attempt... probably.
Squats
kettlebell swings
clean and jerk
weird I usually jerk first then clean
This but power clean and push press
isn't that two lifts though?

*power clean push press. Don't excercise that way with actual clean and press.

>women
There are no comments from any biological females in the OP.
These are literally men commenting on another man's body. You're fricking gay, bro.
There isn't a woman on this planet with the autism to watch Primitive Technology

I swear everyone overtrains their biceps and pecs
the lowbar squat with perfect form.
It gives you everything the deadlift and the front squat can each give you (besides upper back strength lol).
>laughs in halfwit
Clean and push.

Wrong!
Skating can make you a better surfer, get yourself a surfskate and you can train a bunch of the motions you'll do on a real surfboard.
I have a tire and sledgehammer in my backyard I work out with. Based or cringe?
