all i see is a ballsack sandwiched between something unknown with a strap going diagonally downwards and then going behind the ballsack and some hands praying beneath the scene
and a red dot with unknown intentions under the left nut
what did the illuminati mean by showing us this metaphor?
What is that, VMO? Bodyweight squats i guess, but its all in the form and technique. Dont let your legs go too wide or drop in >its not VMO
And its not a legible drawing, sue me
Quad extensions with good form, slow eccentric, hard squeeze and hard stretch work the entire thing don't worry too much. Single leg, feet out extensions if you want to target it a little more
vastus medialis
That is the muscle OP is referring to.
Its best hit with any knee extention exerise, eq squats, leg extention etc.
Im not sure how easily it can be 'isolated'
It’s essentially impossible to actually isolate the vastus medialis because it shares a distal attachment with the other vastus muscles and the rectus femoris. I can tell you that personally I’ve seen the best development from hiking with a pack, trailrunning, backcountry/crosscountry skiing and cycling. The progress is slower than with weightlifting but the gains are steady as long as I’m eating at a surplus. Cycling, specifically hill climbing, is the best for some reason and I can get massive pumps doing hill sprint repeats with my other quad muscles staying relatively fresh.
that could be a frickin salmon for all i know
You're pretty clearly more moronic than I am.
yes, and?

Wtf is this supposed to be ?
Are you incapable of recognizing a leg without a 40" wiener wrapped around it?

What lifts hit this mussel?
Superset shell adduction and abductions, but you need extreme volume for hypertrophy

I agree on heavy cycling.
I cycled for years before ever lifting weights and had chunky legs.
Thanks anons!

Standing sprints on an exercise bike high resistance low ish rpm
did u delete the thread or something? I swear we already had this thread. It's the teardrop
single leg squats. probably leg extensions as well.
What's best for adding width to quads (vastud lateral is)? I want cartoonishly wide sprint cyclist legs.
close foot squats
you will likley need heel elevation
