the flexing. especially in the ab area, it looks like its moreso working against the definition there than it is helping it. bodies generally look more aesthetic in relaxed positions, flexes are better to highlight a certain area. also he's pretty pale, could use some astaxanthin and a tan for peak aesthetics

Go infront of a mirror and replicate the pose, then shift your arms so your biceps and elbows are tucked in and bring your palms looking up. Which one is better for showing biceps and which one for forearms?
