You can include intense cardio 1-3 x per week if you have fun doing that and it doesn't exhaust you too much to lift
Walk every day enough to reach 10k steps
Take AL the stress in your life, look at the worst case scenario outcome, accept it as the likely outcome and decide that it won't kill you when it happens. Be pleasantly surprised all the time that despite being garbage, reality is always slightly better than you expected.
