It's really easy to cut if you can cook because there isn't a lot of sacrifice.
Examples: the chicken and rice meme can become a nice mushroom chicken risotto made with bone broth for no additional calories. A tough, lean cut of meat like top round can be made amazing with a sous vide. Stews and chilis are delicious, filling, and about the most macro friendly food you can eat.
If people can't be fricked to make tasty food that's understandable, but I don't get people who fail off the wagon because they need good tasting foods. Just learn to cook and it's never an issue.
A nice bonus is that if you can cook macro friendly foods for yourself and others and not be the weirdo eating "body builder food" out of tuppies. Better odds of getting that companion in the first place as well.
Maybe some bacon, black pudding, baked beans and fried onions. Some fried bread, two beef sausages, a black coffee and some ketchup. Please and thank you.
Kek I thought the chicken was scrambled eggs hence this post here

Your meal sucks OP looks like it wants to be a full English on a budget with chicken of all things. You should throw it in the bin and start again.
Making tasty food from frickal when you're a poorgay is based. Nothing like turned canned food into gormet shit to boost your morale when you're too poor to buy a big Mac. However OP's meal is an abomination and belongs in the garbage.
I'm trying to help a friend cut and I just can't get through his head that taste is absolutely secondary if you have a goal in mind. homie how hard is it not to use any mayo or at least 0cal mayo? 'kkin hell people fetishise food way too much
The frick is the word mayo doing in his vocabulary if he wants to cut/lose fat? Make something like a mix of greek yogurt, no sugar ketchup, pickles and garlic or something.

No, but you can make plenty of good macro friendly sauces with plain greek yogurt, meat drippings/fond, etc.
Also if you make aioli with a good high polyphenol olive oil then there's nothing wrong with using it sparingly. You'd probably fit in some good olive oil and egg yolks in your diet anyway, no reason to not include them as a sauce.
Honestly just wanted to test whether "onions" gets turned into something else on this board and picked a thread such that it doesn't look like out of place spam.
But yeah still, deglazing the pan with choppen onion and heavy cream, making a sauce out of that and put it on top of the chicken.
>he didn't sautee his mushrooms in the pan after browning his chicken, infusing them with the chicken flavour >absolutely no carbs/energy at all in the meal, just protein >a few pointless tomatoes
A companion to eat it with 🙁
low blow anon
