yeah theres stuff available for 50ish in my area, but id rather get something that could last me a decade instead of buying some pajeets used stuff and having to replace it within 3 months
F dude.
If you can convince them (your parents I assume) to let you then it's just 6 screws for two little triangular brackets that sit above the doorframe. Very unintrusive as the pullupbar just hooks on and off.
Play into the wanting to better yourself angle for sympathy and how you're trying to lose weight and undo the damage from being raised on a bad diet
Can you post an example picture? Not him but my door frames are flat and I cant hook my regular pullup bar onto it. But I can't really visualize what you're explaining either.
I used to use 2 wooden kitchen chairs for dip stands (angle them in at bout 25 degrees and use the high back for the hand hold spots), and there was a tree with a nice fat limb I'd walk to for my pull-ups, you can keep that shit free if you play it smart.
Have one very similar to this. They get the job done but it's made for small people. If you're 6'0 like me or more it'll work but it feels awkward, especially dips. Also deadhangs I have to lift my legs still which is annoying
Just get some olympic rings and a pull up bar hung from the same ceiling hooks with straps.
I have that setup.
This is a kickass combination and takes the least amount of space.
It also allows for the most versatile workouts, having a pull up bar hanging from the same hooks is a nice addon because you don't have to readjust the rings every time between dips and pullups.
Something I got off marketplace for £10, just buy something cheap so long as it’s got all of its nuts and bolts it will be fine. Im 225lb and mine handles me fine.
ignore all morons advising you to get a doorframe bar and rings or some 1973 pig iron piece of shit that's been rusted with cum from fb marketplace. this is affordable, sturdy, easy to assemble, and will do everything you need.
You can shop around and get this model for 70 euro.
It'll be from some Chinese brand called ROGLUMMUS or BROLISDORI, but it's all the same exact changnesium
you can find a cheaper one off your local classifieds like fb marketplace or something like craigslists in w/e shithole country you live in

For £200 you're getting pajeet tier shit, anon
So just get it for £50
A pullup bar hooked onto a bracket drilled into the wall above the doorframe and some gymnastic rings attached to the bar for dips.
Literally all you need and costs around £50
house is old as shit so the last time i tried that it literally tore part of the doorway off
>t.180 pound fatty that just wants to lose weight
Did you drill it into the wall itself or just hook it onto the doorframe like a dumbo?
hooked it onto the doorframe, im a live at home uni student and freeloaders arent allowed to drill shit into the walls round here kek

Seconding this. Rings are cheap and can do pull ups, dips, and more

Just use the jungle gym at the local playground.
One pretty similar to that, but for €75 (new). Just make sure it's rated for your weight.
BEHOLD
