I eat over 30g of fiber a day and never had constipation issues. Your guts are fricked up or you're eating purely soluble fiber.

i'm not really sure what my goals are. i was gonna drink another protein shake in water later. with some jelly in it. which is like 180 calories. so i could just have alot more protein without consuming more fat or carbs. could double scoop and it make it like 360 calories. something like idk the exact calories but its 24 grams of protein 4 carbs. 1.5 fat
more than 1g protein/lb of bodyweight doesnt do much more than 1.5g/lb honestly just gonna drop test

if you're coping with 2200 calories 200g protein with no issue, you could cut maybe 200 calories and get lean, but if you legit have no muscles maybe stay at 2200 for a while

i do about 40% carbs 25% protein 35% fat
idk how much ur burning in the gym but 2250 could already be a big cut if you're going a lot/long
at your weight you've got a lot of fat to lose. id say its time to cut down to like 17-20% bodyfat then slow and steady long bulk

about 100 came from chicken the other hundred came from whey and milk. i also took some supplements. will eat more meat however.
alright those macros are looking pretty good. how much carbs would you suggest? i have no idea how much i was actually eating. but my diet before was alot of bratwursts, milk pbjs. alot of pasta. all that kinda stuff. i was just eating it like crazy. 8 eggs in a sitting. kinda thing. so i wasnt really counting it. it probably will end up being a big cut. i just assumed the added carbs cause right now. id eat something like pretzels or popcorn before bed. if it was popcorn. i kinda coped with the popcorn by suggesting to myself the fiber was good.

It's excess sugar and sodium. The sodium isn't bad if you're also getting potassium and magnesium.
I take a magnesium supplement. Have no idea about potassium. I usually eat alot of bananas but today i had none. Theres potassium in broccoli i think
