Look again. What is that bar on top of the bench. Is that an unattached racked bar? That thing below the bench? Are those safeties? Oh my god, I think you can squat in that.
Looks like an all in one home gym. For 5 grand that package sounds like a pretty good deal. Or you can buy a bowflex or resistance bands and spin you fat wheels in place for a decade while also shelling out for a gym membership that lifetime cost will be way more money than that machine.
My eyes must be bad because the only bar I see attached is for the leg press. The outer bar that is free would be for bench and squat right? You would have to move the pull up bars up or take them off but a walk out is totally doable. Only thing you might want to add are some make shift safeties.
Oh frick, I think those are dip bars that are lower on the frame. The pull-up bars are just attached to the frame like every other power rack. And it does have safeties too. This thing looks solid to me.
Technically right. Heavy Barbell curl with very slow controlled down movement works, but there is also something to be said of having the instant struggle a preacher curl brings. Exposes weaknesses.
Safer fly means you can go heavier and hit failure sooner then having to stay light and frick up the ball joint with high reps that dumbbell flies require. It may not be a NEED but it also isn’t exactly in a frivolous want category either.
No it wasn’t and now you have to worry about Iron Maiden’s lawyer finding you. Doesn’t matter that you weren’t referencing them. You are about to loose everything.
They are welded onto the frame at a factory. They aren’t manufactured made to order, there is a template and what happens after is up to the autist to decide.
>20kg bag of sand = £3.30 > x7 = 3pl8 for £23.10 >roll of masking tape for fewer leaks = £2.50 >hessian sack = £2
All the weight you will need for a home gym for £27.60

Honestly if it wasn't a smith machine I'd dig it
If you want, I know Rouge makes similar stuff that arn't as...compact and isn't a smith machine, but costs 10k
My bad, 7k

Same. It's my dream rack if I had the space for it.

All you need is:
>bar
>plates
>squat rack
>bench
And you can do everything worth doing
Missing cable work. The only thing that rack is missing is a leg extension station and a preacher curl. Thing even has a T-rower.
>and a preacher curl.
literally not needed at all
preach bruddah

I use cable machines but you don't need them.
