I just take a multi and half a zinc if my tracker says I'm under 30mg.
Used to take d3 and a couple other things but noticed no differnce. My liver still hasn't emptied it's d3 stores yet and it's been 5 or so months.

5.5 days fasted. Snake juice sip and acv and lemon juice and a small coffee a day. Feel great but I can tell energy is low today - will sip more. I also take fish oil, ginseng, iodine, K2, d3, selenium, magnesium, NAC, tumeric, super b complex and multi. I used to take zinc too but it makes me gag and is dry heave inducing on an empty stomach. I take melatonin, glycine and l theanine at night.

I hope you understand that taking all these stuff will break your fast if taken together or give 2 many calories eg glycine, fish oil, de and k2 in oil and stuff
