Also ephedrine is very good. Its sold OTC in a product called "Bronkaid" but is kind of expensive. Dont ake Yohimbine and ephedrine together - its a waste and overkill and since you develop a tolerance to them, leaves you with nothing to take when you come off. Rotate back and forth between them a week or so on one then the other.
Proper electrolytes can help baalnce you out and prevent bloating and hunder, so salt, calcium, magnesium and postassion are the bog ones. I think choline is in there, too. I find that if I get enough sodium and magenisom (those are the biog ones) I can go lowe caloire for longer and with les., hunger.
