Not that op but I take a single tab a day at 372.6mg.
Took about 3 days before I noticed the first effects which were vivid dreams. After a week or so there's a general drop in anxiety. Thinking feels sharper too around this time, with a mild increase in attention.
The most noticeable effect is hard to describe - best way I can is speech fluency - basically I noticed I'm able to speak and articulate sentences with greater flow and don't need to think what I'm saying.
Final effect is there's a slight but noticeable digestive benefit too. I don't get reflux from acidic foods like peppers or chillis.
As a caveat: there are some cases where people get negative effects from it, but I'm not sure what they are dosing at.
I'm not staying it didn't work for you or other people but this is the only (fully legal) supplement where I've heard actual horror stories about people taking it for a week or two and being completely brain damaged for years, if not forever. There's a whole subreddit for (r/lionsmanerecovery) for people with this issue. Maybe this is just a very tiny fraction of people who take it but still, it's worth noting. I don't think they're lying or being dramatic either because why would people only be saying this about one random, obscure supplement?
Here's another steroid/biohacker YouTuber who took Lions Mane like a month ago and is recovering right now. I think he's OK now but if this MPMD type hippie dude who's done every roid/nootropic/illegal drug describes his lions mane experience as a "horror story" that gives me pause.
This will help the majority of people. Bacopa Moneri will only help those that have inflammatory pathways to the brain and of the brain. With Bacopa Moneri, when you do not notice any improvement then that means you did not have any inflammation that caused negative cognitive effects.

Always check the source and do not think more mg is better and do not fall for the meta analysis meme. Randomized controlled trials or nothing.
Math exercises, maybe leetcode if you're into coding, reading Nagarjuna and trying to actually understand what you're reading. >inb4 pajeet

This. lsd first, then a healthy, steady, stream of meth.
Lion’s mane has been a minor godsend for me, just try it.
How much do you take and what difference(s) have you actually noticed?

Chances are you should be removing something from your diet or medication, not adding more shit.
