Geezus, this is the day 1 report of the longecity dude after taking iodine supplements:
>...Within 5 minutes I felt an electrifying blissful glowing energy sweeping over my body. I felt like my eyes were bursting with an ethereal energy, as if mini fractal universes were radiating from within my iris. My thoughts had gained an extra couple dimensions in their complexity. This is all within just 5 minutes of drinking this.

Wouldn't doubt you're iodine salesamen, most people get too much iodine with the modern diet which supresses the thyroid. The whole iodine deficency causes hypothyroidism and thyroid supplementation meme is a way to lock goys into a state of helplessness, where they won't ever reach the fountain of youth, that being T3, which some elites use for longevity.
My own experience with iodine was that I just got more out of breath from exercise for the whole month I was taking it, complete Black personliscious le hekcing schizo wholesomechungus 100 IST legend covert advert bullshit, kill yourselvs.
Appetite stimulant, only taking it for around a month during bulk
Serotonin blockade is nice bonus
Be careful of the slight dopamine antagonism, definetly shouldn't be taken very long term since that can induce pretty crushing anhedonia.

Yea I'm watching out for this, just more motivation to gain weight quickly before psych side effects show up
Arent some of these for trannies?
I think there's a troony hormone that starts with 'cypro' but cyproheptadine is just an antihistamine with some extra properties. Progesterone is a general anabolic hormone in males and females as opposed to estrogen which is feminizing. Progesterone also antagonizes the estrogen receptor, although it can exhibit anti-androgenic effects at doses over ~20mg, so keep it low and take with androgens e.g. DHEA, androsterone.

take tongkat for 2 months, beyond that it's no benefit. i noticed harder wiener, more stamina fricking and higher libido, stopped taking it months ago and still feel benefits, although i hiit, walk, or jog most days a week, and started eating way more beef, and newly started eating pork

None. I used to be that dude who had creatine and multis and BCAAs now I take absolutely nothing except some shitty preworkout I got for free and nothing at all has changed. I'm convinced supps are bullshit.
Testosterone, I've been not taking otc supplements for a few years but thinking about getting back on creatine. I barely responded to creatine back in the day but I'm ready to give it another swing. I did creatine and fish oil only because they seemed like the only ones worth it until I found out fish oil is actually bad for you and then I became fully disillusioned with supplements.
Besides protein and creatine, I only supplement based on results of my blood tests (2/year). I also only supplement creatine when I'm bulking. Right now, I'm supplementing vitamin D. Advice to people looking here for "quick fixes", there aren't any. Most people are better off with a balanced diet with fruits, fibrous greens, carbs and fats, and for building muscle: high protein. Start with a calorie target for your goal, add in ~1g protein per lb of body weight, add in leafy greens and some fruit every day. With whatever you have left add in high quality carbs (not alcohol), fat (not trans) (hint: it probably wont be much). Supplementation is exactly that, what you're *not* getting from your main source of nutrition: your diet! Try to add it to your diet first before supplementing. Use your common sense.
