What the fuck do I eat for dinner?

What are you supposed to eat at night? Eating carbs seems like a waste, so what do I have? Pure meat?

What kinds of fats can I eat with meat?

low carb or fibrous vegetables aren't a waste. I get that you don't want quick carbs before bed but fiber is good for digestion, filling your stomach, and vegetables have micronutrients. have meat and vegetables at dinner and carbs earlier in the day if that works for you

      Any vegetables you recommend?

Nice. I also just had beef and sauerkraut a few minutes ago but I didn't take a photo

Medium ground beef made into patties myself. And Moishe's unpasteurized sauerkraut made with artesian well water.

          >And Moishe's unpasteurized sauerkraut made with artesian well water.
          unfathomably based
I just use Kuhn's store bought shit, better than nothing I guess, maybe not, maybe worse than nothing. Frick I gotta get back on to making my own. I've done it before, just been lazy. Why use water though? I've always just massaged the salt into the cabbage then pressed it down into a jar and closed it up.
When making pickles I use water and salt.

Moishe's is store-bought, too. Kuhn's is good but they must pasteurize it after they make it because it is shelf stable. Living sauerkraut is always refrigerated.

Water is listed on the ingredients of most sauerkrauts I have looked at. Moishe's specifically says artesian well water which I like since I don't drink tap water.

Homemade I am sure is better but Moishe's seems about as close to homemade quality as possible. Moishe's also has dill pickles which are similarly high quality. I buy those, too.

ah okay, I thought Moishe was your grandmother's name or something. I am mildly autistic.
I'm not sure they sell that stuff in Canada, we have terrible food laws here, many good things aren't legal, and terrible things are. I will look into it.

Ironically I've just discovered they are made in Canada... what a coincidence, didn't know we could get unpasteurized kraut here

Costco has Moishe's pickles. Fortinos has Moishe's sauerkraut.

hm never heard of Fortino's, also just saw that costco carries a raw sauerkraut by the name of "Wildbrine Organic"

Yeah wildbrine comes in a plastic container and doesn't use artesian well water. I prefer Moishe's.

Moishes is a Montreal deli. It says it right on the jar. You can find it at Costco

you might as well eat poop for dinner, since food just gets turned into poop in your intestines anyway
cut out the middle step and save your body some energy required for intestinal poop alchemy

Carbs are fine, and the consumption of carbs along with protein improves protein absorption and protein synthesis. Just make sure you are eating complex carbs like vegetables(potatoes, sweet potatoes etc), whole grains, and fruits(peas, squash, tomatoes etc). Don’t fall for the low carb meme, almost every professional athlete has a high carb high protein diet, and they are more IST than all of us.

Imagine believing this meme to be true.
Keto isn't that bad, but the meme shit that has false ideals is as bad as what I see coming out of the DeSantis campaign these days. Complete bullshit, no diet allows for unrestricted eating and sedentary living to lose fat effectively.
The lack of carbs has fricked your feeble minds up irreparably. Plus, you can't build muscle for shit on keto, so you'll end up being a skinnyfat like every other shill on this board. Tragic.

Ketogays are absolutely moronic. If anyone wants to learn real nutrition look up the Weston A. Price Foundation. Do you think native people ate a keto diet? Of course they didn’t.

Shish tawook (it's just a marinade with common ingredients)
Beef kofta (bunch of herbs and spices ground up and made into meatballs and fry)
    Regular kebabs
Start here. Maybe through in 2/3 cup of rice for sanity.
