should i cut or bulk?
i feel fat, especially in the lower stomach and glute area, i've got fatty love handles and they're gross. i was thinking of cutting to 10% bf-ish then bulking from there. is this a good idea, or should i bulk first then cut? maybe i get to 10% then maintain there? idk. also can you plz estimate my bf%? k thx luv you guys (no homo)

i'm still recovering from a shoulder injury that stopped me from being able to do pushups but before that i could about 25 in a row. i've always found pull ups easier anyway

Just all around slim, not in an u healthy way. Maybe the calithenics are too easy since youre so light? Pullups at 57kg is not the same as pullups at 80kg, (although i guess you could make for it in volume)
The simplest thing to do would be to get one of those 40-pound weighted vests and keep at the calisthenics. Just eat maintenance while hitting your protein macros.
