    Not OP but I'm built like this but not aesthetic, basically emaciated and with actually atrophied muscles
    I've been lifting and my muscles are actually growing now
    I want to become stronger, going for ottermode
    My chest muscles are still small (it's actually creepy, they're tiny and malnourished, it's like a small triangle)
    and now I have these tiny muscle bumps on the sides of my ribs, and they're very firm, actually, never had them before
    my forearms are actually pretty strong now as opposed to biceps and triceps, there's actual muscle, but my forearms got way slimmer, like an actual skeleton, my bones are protruding, guess I lost some fat even with minimal cardio
    but you know what guys, I actually feel power in my body now
    for example, when shadow boxing before, I'd hurt my arms in the sockets and just get tired and my fists and punches felt like nothing, light as a feather, no impact
    now my punches actually have weight and power behind them, I feel it in my body
    one thing I don't necessarily like is that my ass has been growing, it's firm, too
    I need growth in my upper body, man
    I've been doing stronglifts, maybe I should switch, too much squatting
