    Spinach, broccoli, kale, brussle sprouts and bean sprouts are worth it. Kale tastes awful but the rest are easy to make taste prtty good

    The objective best veggies/fruits you should consume are: peas, sweet/regular potatoes, broccoli, butternut squash, kale, carrots, leeks/onions, and cabbage. All of these are phenomenal in their nutritional content or meta nutritional properties, plus they all taste good

    High in oxalates. Spinach is possibly the worst thing you could be eating. Better off with cabbage or some type of lettuce. I hope at least you're not moronic enough to blend it up in a smoothie or a shake. If you are I'd get my kidneys checked

    You do have a wok right anon?

    All the greens. Great filler. I make stir fries all the time. Some sort of green, bok choy, mustard, collard, even kale (it's not bad wilted). Chop up a mushroom, onion, pepper.

    >cook the meat in wok med heat
    >add veggies and sauce
    >turn heat to low
    >cover, stir every minute or so
    >done when veggies are soft enough
    >switch up meats and sauces for new dishes
    >serve with rice
    >Protip: season/marinade your chicken in advance like night beforem even just salt and pepper makes a difference
