I'm serious, he was a carpenter right? That means had to have worked with hand tools. His followers were fishermen so they hauled boats

Actually some of his followers were tax collectors, some doctors, some fishermen

If you are looking into the full life of Christ. I recommend “Jesus the Christ” by James E. Talmage. If you want just his physical life, go with one of the sources Talmage cites, such as Josephus, Ludlow, etc.

Good read and will help you come to know who Christ is.

        He lives

Carpenter was a mistranslation. It is more likely he was a stone mason or other building trade as a local contractor building sites in Galilee.
        >routine
Sun up to sun down swinging a sledge hammer and moving large stones.
        >height
Shroud of Turin shows he is 5ft 10in but the burial position has the knees slightly bend so he could have been close to 6ft. But that would be uncommon in the region at the time
        >weight and diet
Likely around 170 to 180. Lots of grains, olive oil and wine. Little bit of lamb and goat and fattened calves
        >Body fat %
        Less than 15%

          Very based Christ’s life enjoyer

The stone masonry actually makes even more sense when you consider his metaphors “rock of revelation” “upon this foundation I will build my church” and many more

The word carpenter is not fully accurate, it meant more of a stone mason. It's theorized this is why so many construction metaphors involved stone, such as buillding your foundation upon rock vs building upon sand.

The figure on the Shroud of Turin was 5'10 175

He was likely very physically fit as a result of his profession and lifestyle

This article says it was somewhere between 5'1 and 5'5.

The Bible purposely doesn’t give a physical description except for in his transfigured state because people would worship the image and God hates idolatry. Which of course they do anyway, making him look like a skinny DYEL who couldn’t possibly drag a 300 lb cross anywhere.
Christ could definitely hit 1/2/3/4 if he could move that thing at all.
Jews came at him about the fact that he didn’t fast so he was probably bulking. Hope this helps but it also doesn’t matter. Just don’t worship that homosexual image.

He did carpentry and carried a big ass cross, didn't he also whip some guys in a temple too, right? Not beating their face in but still requires physical effort.

I'm envious of his cutting abilities, he went 40 days in a desert without anything

using the holy shroud as reference. He was quite tall for that time period and while he wasn't really big, he had some really nice definition and great proportions. Truly the son of God.

If it were real, the Face would appear like picrel on the shroud because it was wrapped around His face.

I am a friend of Christ but I do not believe the shroud is really Him.

Every single attempt made thus far to prove the Shroud of Turin is a forgery have failed. The evidence of biological matter/DNA the shroud that has heretofore been examined weight heavily in favor of proving it is the genuine burial cloth of Christ Jesus, rather than weighing against it.

Further, the shroud was not wrapped tightly enough around his body like a mummy, so your assertion that it would capture an imprint of the sides of His head are false or just plain ignorant of all the testing it's undergone up to this point.

You're either confidently ignorant or knowingly toe-ing the line of blasphemy.

Hard to say. He wouldn't have been overly muscular - more than likely, he would have been very lean - like a runners physique but also having good strength.

He was a stonemason/carpenter (depending on translation) so would have probably had a lot of strength. He travelled several miles on foot everyday in the scorching heat + was probably in a caloric deficit a lot due to food scarcity, so it would have been hard for him to bulk.

    Oh brothers, let's go down
Let's go down, come on down
Come on brothers, let's go down
Down in the river to pray

As I went down in the river to pray,
Studyin' about that good old way,
Who shall wear the starry crown?
Good LORD, show me the way.

To anyone reading, please please crack open a Bible before the end of the year. Read Matthew chapters 5 through 7, then Ephesians 5 and 6. When you've finished that, ask yourself why what you just read is obviously the standard for good, holy behavior, yet not the norm. Sit in silence free from any & all distractions for a few minutes, think about the horrible state of the world and the evil that festers in the hearts of men. Then simply listen. Open your ears to the voice of God in that silence and just listen.
