What Weight Do You Tell THe World?

What is the most accurate?

For example. at 5'9 natty
152 lbs - bottom of my cut at 9-10% bf in a low carb/semi fasted state
156 - refed state eating maintenance for a few days
161 - average walking around weight during the day while fed/hydrated. If I cared about my ego I'd just say I weigh this to not seem obscenely underweight, and most will do that

Weighing yourself in the morning is obviously the best standardized way to weight yourself, but even then it is highly variable.

Most people will also pick and choose whatever weight suits their ego as a cope mechanism. Fatties will say they weight xxxx as some low point weight they once hit, yet they bounced back 10 lbs higher on average. Skellies will weigh themselves during the day when they are heavy to make themselves feel better, etc

It's all subjective and meaningless when someone says "I weigh xxx" and others say "no way you are that light/heavy" without all the variables being defined, it's a joke

          Here's another 5'9. Seems to be pretty much in line with OP. Without knowing anything about, but if you were impressed about his physique I think you should aim for about 65kg.             My legs are at least 5 lbs lighter on average despite working them hard. You may also have naturally more muscle/skeletal mass. Those things combined can be 10 lbs + aforementioned variations in timing of weighing. My 155 lbs can be your 165

            Do whatever fits you but I'd recommend to be really lean

            We will see. The overall goal is to have around 12% bodyfat, no matter what the scale says. The bigger goal is to get rid of as much visceral fat as possible.
            I really can not tell what weight would suit me. My legs are pretty meaty, so I guess I will be heavier than OP.

          Depends on your frame.
          Torso is relatively heavier than legs, so long torso short femur means you'll be heavier at the same height. Thick neck / broad shoulders vs narrow frame, etc.

          Unless you're on roids or been lifting for ridiculously long (10+ years) you're definitely fat at 5'9" 90kg . Op weight sounds about right for been lean, I had to cut down to 67kg last year to see abs and lose love handles and I am also 5'9"
          You probably wouldnt be a full blown fatass at 77kg, you most likely wouldn't have a belly or anything, but you wouldn't have abs if that was your goal

            It is way longer than 10 years. But it has been years since I went low bodyfat. My last proper cut was the summer before Covid and I gained a lot of muscles since.

            It is just an estimation on my part, but I assume I'm going to be around 12% bodyfat at 77 kg.
