Every single person who lives a fast and eventful life has to have an addiction of choice to keep going. This is the case for all pro athletes, actors, politicians, generals, CEOs, writers, artists etc. If youy don't, you either burn out and crash since you have no way to break and sequence the action of your life, or your life is not that interesting and eventful in the first place. It can be drugs, coffee, alcohol, nicotine, masturbation, whatever. It's lindy, this has been the case for the past 150 years. The straight edger is the midwit of life. Slightly above average capacities and intelligence, but ultimately incapable of really going to the limits of what it has to offer.

I cant say if you are right or wrong because I cant think of anyone I know who is strait edge, but all of them, despite their addictions of choice, are all very average.

              Because we can.

Tbh, I have no idea. It's mostly that coffee cups are really big kn here and somehow the culture has always been that when you drink coffee, you drink large amounts at a time. It's not like the central european style of having an espresso or small cup of coffee. We also drink a lot of alcohol, so maybe it's that, who knows. Gotta kill the winter depression somehow.

Sounds like where you live doesnt serve very good coffee anyway. Where I am from, you can ask a cafe for cup or mug, with the latter being the larger of the two.

in america yes but by the late 1800's most europeans were able to afford a daily coffee habit. If you read any literature from the period they're constantly sitting around in cafés and drinking coffee and I know you'll say that the social class producing novels is not indicative of the common man at that place and time but most authors were not extraordinarily wealthy either.

Yes, but authors are, and have always been, primarily homosexuals and women, who I would absolutely see spending every day at a coffee house while having to suck dick to pay rent.

where the frick did all our coffee exports go then anon?

      yeah in the 1800s maybe

Coffee became a mainstay in America after the Boston Tea Party. The USA's rise to a superpower was fueled by coffee. Coffee and chocolate were the drinks of choice and there was almost no obesity. Also tobacco was popular but I don't like it tbh.

When people started drinking cheap shit tier coffee and putting milk in it like a fricking weirdo europoor or eating shitty treats with it like ~~*donuts*~~ (all post-war goysloper moves) then people became disgusting hambeasts. Don't blame lil beans for your poor and shitty decisions, coffee was and remains God tier and it always will be.

It's part of a routine most often than not. Like If I wake up I wanna have 30 minutes to myself to sort out my thoughts and plan for the day ahead, drinking a cup of coffee and smoking a cig to go with it are the perfect excuse to not be sociable with your weirdo ass.

Some people are more sensitive to addictive substances, some people drink an ungodly amount of coffee every day. I knew someone who got kidney stones because they'd drink like 10 cups of coffee a day and nothing else.

      >health benefits
the risks outweight the benefits. Theres nothing in brown pesticide that you cant get elsewhere without causing stress to your adrenals, heart, kidneys. Aside from containing a pesticide produced by the coffee bush, it also contains high amounts of banned pesticides like DDT. Its far from a health drink, you are just addicted to the drug.

Oh stop complaining. Coffee is one of the best parts of life, I drink those specialty drinks from coffee shops, so delicious and yummy. Nobody cares about the small health problems coffee could cause, you're not winning any points by not drinking it. Yeah you may live to 90 as opposed to 85. Who cares? Coffee is so great. I love coffee. I wish I was the coffee man. Coffee in my mouth, my tummy, and my finger tips after I slurp them dry
Coffee is life, coffee is God's drink of choice, coffee is a gift from God. Lattes are delicious. I slurp lattes, even on a cut. You mad hahah?

Coffee withdrawals are a fricking joke. You would have to be a major pussy to not be able to handle that. It's not like alcohol withdrawal which could kill you. It's more like on par with trying to quit cigs.
