Body dysmorphia is weird. The more you get the more insecure you become. The better my physique has gotten the more insecure I am, I objectively look way better than my 135lbs 5'11 skinny fat 17 year old self, and yet I'm more displeased with my body than ever.
It's the same thing with plastic surgery, why do you think people like picrel get surgery when they already look good? Insecurity. They think getting surgery will fix it. But it'll only make it worse.
