What workout to get this body?

IMO, this is what a peak male looks like. The modern small waist obsession is solely because we hate fat people.
I'm pretty sure this is naturally achievable, but I wonder how...
Please, share some workouts and similar inspiring physiques.

No. Neanderthal traces are most common in northern europe.

I thought they were most present in israelites. And other times I hear Africans are a different species. Wtf.

Don’t know about israelites, but Black folks have no Neanderthal ancestry. Moreover, they have around 20% of unknown hominid ancestry that Europeans do not posses.

Yeah I have no knowledge about these matters, but I remember reading them being different in ancestry or something, so I guessed they were the outliers.

The Africans having extinct hominid ancestry is real. The israelites being Neanderthals thing doesn’t really have any evidence

No plastics, no artificial radio waves, no birth control in water, no pesticides on produce, no preservatives, walk almost everywhere, do most tasks yourself instead of hiring someone or buying something, be a demi-god, kill people and monsters, lots of wine and roasted lamb, beef and game.

You're going to want to do a lot of oblique training. and there's no better movement for it than side bends. I recommend doing them both standing and on a roman chair.

It’s weird how overdeveloped obliques usually look fridge mode but sometimes with wide shoulders they look hella aesthetic

Other people have already said it but training in either freestyle or greco roman wrestling is the best way to achieve this. I wrestled all throughout high school and college and lots of guys had similar physiques. The only difference is some of my wrestling buddies had much thicker legs.

To give you the best chance at attaining the physique of farnese hercules you have to first assess what makes farnese hercules look different than a normal gym bro doing a routine that attacks each muscle 2x a week.

    >Autistically, here's what's different
    -big ass obliques
    -big visible abs
    -daddy calves
-it's not visible but he also has a big ass back.

Every other muscle is basically mid. They clearly still get worked but they don't get emphasized. This is important.

I'm not gonna lay out a full routine but I'll let yall fill in the details using this outline:
-the emphasized muscles go first within the week, and within the workout.
-the emphasized muscles should be hit 3x a week with a total of 12-20 sets over the week
-the mid muscles should be hit 1-2x a week with a total of 4-8 sets over the week.
-place abs at the beginning of push day
-place back movements at the beginning of pull day and don't go overboard with biceps
-place calves at the beginning of leg day. Honestly leg day should only have 3 sets of belt squats tops for the thighs/ass
-sneak in 1-2 more sets for the emphasized muscles on leg day.
-when benching, do flat bench exclusively and NEVER isolate the pec muscles.

Also eat a shit ton of food. Hope this helps.

Not possible natty. Extremely rare. He has an endomorph body type, a la Brock Lessard, but is extremely lean. That would take extreme discipline. Arms are probably the most unnatty aspect. You’d have to have absolute top tier endomeso genetics, incredible discipline, work out like an animal, and do a frick ton of core work. Lesnar is the best example I can think of and he was usually kind of fat even with all the gear
