    ive been to prison for 11 months for 34 grams of weed (got a 1-4 year sentence) its alot of bar work if your in a medium-high which i was only at for 3 months then i went to a minimum camp where there are weights.

        Next time someone tells you weed should be illegal, remind them that anyone carrying more than an 1/8th (3.5 grams) was considered "transporting illicit substance with intent to deal". Imagine getting thrown in jail for "drug dealing" because you got caught with 1 can of beer.

          drugs are currently illegal and you know that full and well the moment you decide to take possession of them. I don't do drugs but personally don't give a shit if other people do and I think they should all be legalized to let the problem sort itself out but I also believe in the idea of personal responsibility and accepting the consequences of ones actions.

      I did 2 years on firearms charges. First year was on ice in jail, no weights but a pullup bar on the range. Squats with cellie on your shoulders, lots of pushup variations, pistol squats, handstand puships, etc. Everything

      my guess is the body knows it's a survival situation and signals your balls to produce as much test as they can

      you also have nothing better to do than working out, eating and sleeping
      no vidya, no internet, no movies, no cellphone so you got no chance to sit on your ass for hours doing practically nothing

      wrote definitely was true.
      After one year, sent to a camp with a proper gym and ability to cook my own chicken and rice meals 4x day. Got much bigger, but also got more distracted by books, prison job, computers, even old console gaming systems if you had someone to send one to you. I think I would've gotten much bigger if I was in a medium or max without all those distractions.

      Partials with volume, high intensity and sleepmaxxing are highly underrated. I don't need to get into the specifics but for me it was like finally finding the keys to making it as a nattychad. Still do some full ROM stuff and LISS, mostly for legs and ass and low back as it helps with balance and health.

      In the coming years shit is going to change bigly with regards to fitness because guys are learning from people who actually build lean mass instead of nerd copes.

      This was unironically me and the other white and latinxer kids at the mostly black pre-school. I did a summersault into this one kids nose, blood went everywhere. It was pure hell, got put in lockdown (we called it time out) for that one.

    Been there done that, all kinds of calistenics, dips, Pullups, squats, lunges push ups, feet elevated, handstand, full rom, partials, all kinds of reps, and lots and lots of reps.. did 10 months of that shit and could bench 225 when i got out into a real gym. I have always looked down on calistenics but those exercises actually work wonders for you if your willing to put in some work
