Let's assume you are on a 2200 calorie diet. You are eating 30% of that in carbs. That is 165 grams of carbs a day. A 118 gram banana has 27g of carbs. So that is over 6 bananas a day. Doable but it starts to show the problem. 42 bananas a week or 168 a month.

Fructose is metabolised only in your liver, it can't be used directly by your tissues. It's turned into some glucose, but mainly into lactate and fatty acids.
