        Calories do matter and you can absolutely gain weight, especially if you integrate dairy, but the satiety of meat and fat is so high that it's really hard to eat 4k calories of beef. When I did carnivore I couldn't do more than 2.5k calories. I just wasn't hungry at all.

    You'd probably just get ripped and healthier tbh. I did carnivore for a couple of years and that's what happened to me. I still eat steak everyday and maybe 90% animal foods but I like the odd discretionary ice cream and stuff.

    You would be healthy but you would get fat too. After years you would most likely get stones in the organs. Meat has to be coupled with green juices - eat meat, wait 2 hours, drink green juices, wait 2 hours, etc.
    You can eat tomatoes at the same time you eat meat though.

    You'd get extremely healthy and eventually your taste for eating that much meat will diminish and you'll lean up. As long as you don't add carbs, which are the food of the chronically metabolically ill (plant-based/omnivore/standard american diet/vegan dieters)
