      every type of exercise increases your test, doing muh heavy fahves of squats to increase your test by 5% is moronic and counterproductive if hormones are your goal, a 10 minute walk would probably do the same.
      regarding zinc, it depletes copper if you take it for a long time, magnesium could be useful before bed, but you may aswell get these from a properly dialled in diet, than juggling these supplements that depend on eachother and are sometimes junk.

          Yes, when I actually make sure to be disciplined with my sleep times and get sunlight in the morning my sleep is excellent. Currently in the grey UK and being undisciplined about sleep times I keep waking at 5am and not being able to sleep again, but it's possible.

    Most people are deficient in magnesium so I supplement it was zinc, then add beef liver for copper. Magnesium also helps massively with sleep especially if you're doing strenuous exercise. Really helps get into a R&R state, taurine and kefir helps too.
