I have breast implants. They were placed under the muscle and it’s made hitting chest and some upper body exercises too painful. I’d imagine one would have similar issues with implants that are placed elsewhere because submuscular placements are more common to disguise the implant.
Why would you get implants for muscles you can train to get bigger though?
