      My concern with that is that I'm working everything only once a week and that I have limited equipment
      So I couldnt do much for back and legs aside from 2 excercises each

          barbell and "dumbbells"
          no machines, or anything beside the weights
          no squat rack either but I can get those car-lifters (whatever they're called) to at least get it up to my knees and grab it zercher

      What anon said but add some cardio on Wednesdays and 10k steps minimum or equivalent in swimming/cycling/stair master daily for optimal health
