      Shoulders have to be blasted to get results. Super high reps like 12+ each set.
      Start with a compound lift like OHP then finish by Spamming the shit out of front raise then superset with side raise. Cable Egyptian lateral raise is my go to.

      For the moron:
      OHP
      1 set 70% 1rm X 8
      3 sets 85% 1rm X AMRAP rpe 9's

      Superset lateral raises
      Front DB raise 20lbs X 12 x 4
      Side db raise "" ""

      Finish with rear delt because they are weakest part of shoulder and if rest of my shoulder is fatigued I can isolate rear delts better.

      Seated behind head mini barbell OHP
      50% OHP weight because behind head until burned out

      These 4 exercises put my shoulders on blast

    dumbell face down incline flies 3x12
    lateral raise + upright row superset 3x12
    incline bench press 3x12

    start with 7.5 kg in each hand for all other than bench assuming you're dyel
    if it's too light go up 2.5 kg each hand
    delts are hard to train so don't worry about using baby weights
    also roids
