    I'm not sure but I do regular checkups and have been a vegetarian/vegan for 15 years.
    >2-4LBS of kale cabbage and other greens daily
    >two or three carrots
    >few cherry tomatoes
    >one avocado
    >3 EGGS

    That is basically what I've eaten every day for almost a decade and I'm in perfect health blood wise, but weight is a bit high at 20% bf. One thing to look into is effects of oxalic acid and potential for kidney stones while eating so many greens. Never been an issue for me but I've read some people can't consume so many greens.
