In a realm where ignorance thrives,
Exists a soul that falsely contrives,
An illusion of wellness, misguided and blind,
In a world of meat, this heart remains confined.
With conviction they speak, the proponent of flesh,
Blinded by falsehood, on a dangerous quest,
They reckon consuming meat, their sole dietary vice,
Will grant them good health, a foolish paradise.
But let us unravel this dubious belief,
For the body's plea of balance, it seeks relief,
A symphony of nutrients from diverse terrain,
A chorus of nourishment, both flora and game.
Ode to the greens, the vibrant leaves cascade,
Vitamins and minerals in abundance, they're made,
A cornucopia of healing, a garden's embrace,
Providing sustenance, imbued with nature's grace.
The fruit-bearing trees, their gifts all joyous and sweet,
Fiber, antioxidants, with each bite you greet,
Colorful pallets of nature, a sensory bliss,
A symphony of flavors, a rainbow's gentle kiss.
Oh, and the legumes, the humble beans exalt,
Whispering of protein, a plant-based assault,
Iron and folate, in their humble form,
Lending strength to the body, invincible norm.
The grains, a chorus of sustenance untold,
Complex carbohydrates, a tale of old,
Energy with endurance, as they steadily release,
Granting stamina to flourish, boundlessly increase.
But alas, the meat enthusiast claims his throne,
Neglecting these treasures, health's foundation unknown,
For too long, he fails to ponder the consequence,
Deficiencies beckoning, body's plea for recompense.
As love for animals strengthens, compassion takes flight,
An ethical stance, a beacon of light,
The path to wellness, intertwined with the soul,
Respecting all beings, harmony as our goal.
So let's embrace the world, where balance resides,
With open hearts and minds, where knowledge abides,
To dismiss the myth, that meat stands alone,
And forge a healthier future, where truth is known.
>indoor gardening on two tiny Home Depot shelves >schizo "prepper" equipment that isn't just weapons + ammo
Lol. Lmao. Larger scale gardening and/or supporting small family farms is based but this is moronic
>muh aquaponics >what is even electricity >m-muh lettuce >what is even caloric intake >what is even proteins and necessary nutrients for the veggies >what is even fish feed
Correct. Delusional ppl think that aquaponics is sustainable in a SHTF situation let alone it doesn't need insane amount of complex infrastructure to sustain a couple of ppl and be NBC-contained
As you said, land-based agriculture is sustainable.

Ok fat schizos, calm down. That's clearly just an herb garden.
Idk where one of you lardtards got aquaponics from that photo.
Vegetables allow you to get more fiber without consuming an excessive amount of carbs and sugar. Look up the macronutrient content of the food you eat for once.
Cool. Luckily I am an active man, so 2000 calories is not my daily recommended intake, and 19 bananas still sounds absurd to me.

I don't. I just have a ballpark in my mind that when I eat a fruit it's probably not doing much.

>I am an active man >19 bananas is absurd
what exactly would you consider to be a non absurd amount of bananas? 19 bananas is barely a cluster let alone a bunch. Perhaps a bunch (200ish) could be considered a larger amount to consume but 19? m'lady
As much as you'd like. For me, it's none.

I'm not sure but I do regular checkups and have been a vegetarian/vegan for 15 years. >2-4LBS of kale cabbage and other greens daily >two or three carrots >few cherry tomatoes >one avocado >3 EGGS
That is basically what I've eaten every day for almost a decade and I'm in perfect health blood wise, but weight is a bit high at 20% bf. One thing to look into is effects of oxalic acid and potential for kidney stones while eating so many greens. Never been an issue for me but I've read some people can't consume so many greens.
None

Men under 50 need 52 grams of fiber per day.
Sorry, I meant 34 grams, my bad.
how is that related to veggies
i can just eat oats or fruit
Vegetables allow you to get more fiber without consuming an excessive amount of carbs and sugar. Look up the macronutrient content of the food you eat for once.
How often have you overconsumed fruit so much that it ruined your macros? Shits have no calories.
2000 calories is only 19 bananas

4 clovers of garlic a day
I believe recommended daily amount of veggies is between 300-500 grams.
I'm not sure but I do regular checkups and have been a vegetarian/vegan for 15 years.
