it's quite baffling to me why caffeine consumption is legal and completely socially adequate while dextroamphetamine consumption is frowned upon. They have the exact same side effects and the same addictive quality, the only difference is that caffeine has fewer positive effects.
I use iced cold brew and iced jasmine green tea as intra workout drinks. Coffee has potassium but no sodium. Tea has sodium but no potassium. Both have caffeine and negligible calories.
