    with the same amount of intake of caffeine tea is better because of the theanine. most of the time coffee is going to have more total caffeine though so it would be better overall.

    i replaced usual coffee pre workout with a shot of liqour and a can of cola and the difference is massive.
    i dont know why or how it works but it just does its my secret elixir

      it's quite baffling to me why caffeine consumption is legal and completely socially adequate while dextroamphetamine consumption is frowned upon. They have the exact same side effects and the same addictive quality, the only difference is that caffeine has fewer positive effects.

    I use iced cold brew and iced jasmine green tea as intra workout drinks. Coffee has potassium but no sodium. Tea has sodium but no potassium. Both have caffeine and negligible calories.
