not true, grains that aren't soaked and veggies that aren't fermented(yuck either way) are filled with anti-nutrients and no culture in mankind has eaten them in significant amounts until 100 years ago, don't be fooled by the plant-jew

    >what type of moron is more moronic?
I think vegans and carnivores are tied in the low IQ comparison.
Meanwhile, omnivorechads just cannot stop winning

This but completely unironically because both "sides" are opposite extremes.

Why do vegans turn green and yellow and carnivores have a nice glow? It's so funny because you know when you see a vegan Youtuber just by the skin.

Plant-based. There is zero proof that eating a lot of meat is healthy. Oh and all the biggest names over the last 70 years who have lied that it is are israelites: Yudkin, Atkins, Taubes, Teicholz.

Meat based, no contest. Obviously veggies are fine to eat, but you have to cook them just as much as you'd cook meats to get the most nutrition.
You never see strong vegans that are actually natty.

have a nice day, Moxyte. Not a single precious stone in those names, nor a "berg", "stein", etc.

Plant based is healthier, that's for sure.

"plant-based" doesn't mean "no meat", anon. If you eat mostly plants but still allot some room for quality animal products now and then you're likely to be very healthy.

Why are you vegans on IST? None of you are strong enough to do shit and so you have no lecture power over here. I don't listen to weaklings giving nutritional advices.

    >low protein to calorie ratio carbohydrates that keep you feeling satiated for the maximum time of an hour
    >need to add sugar filled dressings to make it taste like anything remotely consumable
    vs
    >high protein to calorie ratio, high bioavailability meat products that keep you feeling satiated for the entire afternoon
    >season with salt and pepper
    It's REALLY though guys

Neither. Either way, you’re doing an overly restrictive diet and eating foods filled with hormones or chemicals.

Diet is actually fricking easy. Just pick one of 3: mostly animal, mostly plants, or mixed and then try to eat real, organically grown, non-GMO, pesticide and hormone free, unprocessed foods. Carnivore is fricking pointless if you drink 5 glasses of pasteurized milk everyday. Plant-based is fricking pointless if you drink fake strawberries and vegan cookie frankenfood.

Every form of meat I eat also eats vegetables, therefore meat is the best of both worlds.

A balance of both but if you must choose, meat based diets are better.

why would you limit yourself to these deficient choices?

The problem with food is the way its processed and the processing itself. Industrialization is the cancer causing disease of civilization.

Eat whole food, that's not processed or minimally processed with quality ingredients and you can eat whatever you want.
